After Bo left this place went down hill. Their programing is not very engaging, Kids frequently are given movies and TV to watch. There is a lot of free play and kids often have issues with each other. TI was being constantly called about behavior issues with my child hitting others but they could never tell me what triggered it. Most time he was reacting to being hit. My kiddo started to become agressive after attending this Kindercare and very anxious. My kiddo broke his arm during outdoor play time. They did not notice. I found out when they called me to tell me he hit a teacher. After they put my kid on the phone he tells me a teacher picked him up and his arm hurt. He hit him to try to get him to put him down. I took him to urgent care and found out it was broken. It had been broken for hours and they had no clue. read more

I'm a parent that has come from a daycare in tender years in Auburn, where I did not have a good experience for my son being in his first daycare, but kinder years his experience here just starting has been magnificent. All the teachers are great and my son has been doing so much better since he started at this daycare and the one thing I really love about this daycare center is that they have a app to keep you updated on your children at all times when they get changed when they eat if any incident happens, you get notified on your phone on the app all in all I'm having a great experience with this daycare center and my son is too. Along with having past experience with KinderCare, my other child did great in KinderCare system as well. My son has been apart of the Kindercare family for several years. We recently have stopped attending as I'm now a stay at home mother. Our experience with the director Jennifer and ALL of the staff has been above and beyond. To find a place you can trust your children with is not always easy. Upon my visit meet and greet I knew we found the right place and so did my son! He loves going to daycare and it was hard news for him that he was no longer attending and that spoke volumes to me. He made friends and built great relationships with the staff. I highly recommend this daycare. Communication was outstanding. They care for your kids as if they were their own. Enter at your own risk. I think that says it all. This center was extremely unorganized. Their website claims they spend time teaching and interacting with your child. I have walked into this center on more than one occasion and at different times, only to find the staff sitting in chairs and yelling across the room to the children. Our child did not even attend this center for a year. We remove our child after our child was bitten for the 3rd time and the staff has yet to address this. The director was not people focused at all and at times was not even around in the afternoon when I would arrive to pickup my child. Their was a lot of turn over in staff, and we think this lead to under trained staff being thrown into the mix. I arrived sometime in the afternoon, finding my child had not been changed in over a 4 hour period. I would arrive and my child would be so hungry that when my child saw the bottle, my child would fall to the floor in frustration because my child was hungry. So, on more than one occasion I would sit at the center and feed my child before we left. Our whole experience was frustrating and even more so when you would actually try to talk to the staff or even the director, only to find that our concerns fell on def ears. We would have pulled our child from this center sooner, but as a lot of parents know, good places have waiting lists. We can't have our child showing up to be a paycheck for these people while my child suffers so we left and are figuring it out day by day now. read more

My toddler attends here and I couldn't feel more comfortable and proud to leave him here everyday! The staff is all great Jennifer is the Director she is very on top of what is going on there Frannie is the assistant director she is very sweet always fun to talk to and they hire the best!! The kids are genuinely happy to be there they are learning every day because there is a curriculum set in place. It is a wonderful place and they are doing a fantastic job! read more

This is one of the best daycare/preschool providers I have ever had any of 3 my children in! They organized, clean, staffed, consistent! You see the same ppl all the time. A plus communication! They have shirts to identify they are staff. Excellent curriculum!!!!! It was such a breath of fresh air to come in drop off your child and know the teachers names and faces and count on the same ones being present. They always address me by my name and looked me in the face, show of respect. Thumbs up! The fact that they have had all the same staff for a long period of time speaks volumes. My son had so much growth at auburn kindercare! Our new provider( we moved) was amazed that he was her youngest (3yo) in the preschool class knew and recognized all the letters in alphabet! Never will I bring my kids back to this daycare my daughter was right in the middle of potty training needing help wiping and pulling up and down her pants and panties and they weren't paying attention to her when she went into the bathroom she had poop in her underwear and she had a dress on one day and she had an accident and no one realized I will never ever recommend this daycare I use to love them Roxanne is awesome and the best the pre k curriculum isn't the best either read more

We loved this location! We had our son in the infant room up until I quit my job to stay home with him. The staff was very friendly, loving, and nurturing towards our son and the infant room was always very clean. The staff always had fun activities planned for the kiddos. We're so glad we found such a wonderful daycare for our son and are truly sad to be leaving! read more

I'm so happy I found this place. I was searching for a last minute child care center for my new baby after I learned I had to return to work sooner than I had planned. My son has been going there since he was about 2 1/2 months old. He's five months old now and I couldn't be happier with this place. The teachers in the infant room are great with all the babies. Very caring and attentive. Especially Miss Vicky and Miss Ashley who I can tell my son trusts and adores. The place is very clean and the toys and blankets are washed regularly. I should know because I visit during my lunch hour every day because I'm a crazy new mom. They also teach the babies things like colors and textures. Its definitely a learning enviorment; not just change, feed, burp all day long. It might be a little bit more expensive than in home day cares but I think its worth it. They have a nurse that visits regularly, and their staff gets trained on a regular basis. They also provide Gerber Goodstart formula should you choose to use it, (and that stuff can be very expensive!), photos of your child, and really good coffee for the parents. All in all I'm very pleased with Auburn Kindercare. When I pick up my son at the end of the day, he's always cheerful and had a good time with his class mates! read more

Unfortunately my experience here did not end on a good note. We finally pulled our son after he was bitten for the THIRD time in only a month in the 1-year-old room. The part that is most upsetting is that we left feeling like nothing is being done. For confidentiality reasons, they couldn't even share if it was the same kid each time. I don't want another child or family to experience this. At the end of the day, we felt like this place is just another company and not really concerned about their customers. I didn't even receive a call until 2 days after the incident. At the time, my husband had picked up my son right after getting the call about another biting incident. We knew we couldn't send him back, but I hadn't let them know until they called us 2 days later to ask if we would be returning. I really didn't expect, or want, things to end as abruptly as they did. Hopefully there are changes being made so this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

This place is a joke they can't afford to maintain the exterior appearance of the building but were very willing to refuse my business just as I was trying to interview them and tried to get a look of the facility. The place smelled like a dirty diaper just walking in and the inside looks so grimey like it needed a cleaning service to wipe down all the walls windows carpet and toys. I had higher expectations of Kindercare but that has vanished. read more
