Auburn Saw didn't have the HLA-86 in stock when I asked but immediately offered to get one I could check out early next week. They did, I checked it out, and bought it. They explained a promotion Stihl was running which would give me $650 worth of free batteries if I chose the right purchase choices. Very helpful, knowledgeable, employees which leave me wanting to go back and buy more stuff.

I can't say enough good things about Sac Valley RV…read more We were getting ready to leave on a camping trip when our RV refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling while we were loading the coach. I thought our trip was in jeopardy. Kevin and Haley immediately jumped into action. I dropped the RV off around 4:00 PM, and by 10:00 the next morning it was repaired and ready to go. Kevin kept me updated throughout the repair with detailed texts explaining exactly what he found. The evaporator fan motor had failed, and the compressor was having a hard-start issue. He replaced the fan motor and capacitor, cleaned debris from both the evaporator and condenser coils, then let the refrigerator run with digital thermometers inside to make sure everything was operating properly before calling me to pick it up. That kind of communication, honesty, and attention to detail is hard to find these days. On top of providing excellent indoor RV storage, they have outstanding mechanical service. They didn't just fix the immediate problem--they made sure the refrigerator was fully serviced and operating the way it should before sending us on our way. If you're looking for trustworthy RV service, knowledgeable technicians, and owners who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend Sac Valley RV. Kevin and Haley earned a customer for life.

I asked Talon Findley to give me a fence quote in Sun City Lincoln Hills for a home I hadn't bought…read moreyet, but was considering. He was very responsive, gave me a comprehensive quote, and followed up promptly. He was very professional - he listened to my needs and gave me the quote exactly the way I asked, listing out the base price, and then the incremental cost of adding snake fencing and other optional features so I could decide how to stretch my budget. Also, his price was the lowest of the two quotes we got. In the end, we bought a house that was already fenced, but i would have used Talon Findley and will seek him out when we decide to add a courtyard gate!

I contacted FIVE fabrication shops before Van Dyke to get what I thought was a simple job. I just…read moreneeded a support cross beam for a desk cut open to mount rails under. Got a response from 1 with an outrageous quote almost disrespectful. One never followed up even after confirming on the phone they received it (It's been 3 weeks already). The others just never responded. It wasn't until I called Microform which they ALSO ignored my quote request and the representative couldn't even find my quote email (I assume they even deleted it). I was then referred by the representative to Van Dyke Fabrication who is able to do both personal and business jobs. I look them up and realize they are a good distance away from me about 35 minutes. I was shopping locally but I realized at this point why not. Well, I'm thankful for the referral because this fabrication shop is not just good, IT'S QUALITY. I was able to finally get this crossbeam fiasco done after searching for a shop for an entire MONTH. When I originally called, Barbara directed me to email John with a quote request and I was able to drop it off the same day! John even stayed extra to see the part, just to clear up what I needed exactly (He already started the day very early too). John exceeded what I expected! He told me he would have to cut the cross beam by hand with a plasma cutter since it wouldn't fit in the machines due to it's shape, which I was completely happy with since I just needed it cut open. However, when I went to pick up the part, it was replicated ENTIRELY with my request since it was easier than cutting it. Matched and fit just like the old part with improved mounting holes for more tolerance, HOLY SMOKES. This was such a nice gesture of him, it's hard to find honest businesses like this these days.
