We tried a couple delicious cocktails-Birds and the bees, (gin-bases) and Lucky Luke (bourbon-centric). Not cheap but hey, it's just money, you can make more, plus you are on holiday-it's ok to live a little. The 18c science / cobbler shop is a plus too. I really loved the space as it has high ceilings, large windows and a room that is divided into a bar on one side and tables on the other. The menu has many original cocktails, as well as section for coladas (summer), and classics. I started off with the bartender's favorite - vieux carre, which is also one of my faves, and it was perfect. I also tried the Manhattan which also had a little absinthe, as well as a clarified colada which used a local product, Big Daddy's falernum. All of the cocktails were very unique in a good way, with a twist. The staff here are super cool and loved the vibe. Finding a bar such as this in Bruges was a pleasant of a surprise, and added to a very memorable visit.
