We enjoyed a fantastic supper at a gathering where we camp at St Polycarpe camping and the food and…read moreservice was impeccable. They served chicken and pulled pork with salad, ceasar salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, and baked potato with rolls. Plenty of food that was delicious and the staff were professional and gave great service. Everything was well presented and warm and the desserts were super even to the coffee at the end. We'll done guys! Thank for the great meal! Thanks to the Luc and Carole and the committee... George and Terry

Kinda looks like a horror film, but I keep driving until the end and would you look at that... The Cabane!! A M B I A N C E First thing you must do is wait outside in line to buy a ticket to enter the Cabane. Then you go sit at an empty table because it's buffet style. A lot of their plates and cups are styrofoam and not eco friendly . We asked if we could bring our own plates and they said no, but only the big plate was reusable... The place inside is very big. Lots of room. The decorations were interesting... Most Cabane à Sucre restaurants have activities for children, this one had a small tire sur la neige section and short horse ride... C L E A N L I N E S S Place was clean. Buffet area was busy... While we were serving ourselves they dumped a bunch of pea soup in the bucket... Not that appetizing tbh. I didn't love the buffet style... C O S T The cost changes depending on the day of the week, so be sure to check the website! They only accept cash or debit cards, so be mindful of that. $27 for an adult $$ W A I T T I M E S There was a wait outside, it was cold so that was annoying. I've been here twice for weddings. Once years back for my mom n dad and recently for my baby…read moresister's wedding. The service, I must say, was by far spectacular and the most notable element of this venue. Everything else I would describe as subpar. My sister paid an exorbitant price for the venue, the decorations, the outdoor set up for the ceremony, the 4 course meals and the open bar for her 170 guests and wedding party. Despite the high price tag, I honestly have to say if I was my sis: I'd be pissed about everything except the service (which as I mentioned before was 110% perfect). The venue and decorations had too many imperfections for the price she paid. The tables were ok but missing a fork here, a knife there, a spoon here etc... Again unacceptable for the price she paid. The ceremony set up: half assed! The red carpet was shoddily rolled out and had bumps causing my other sister to trip on her way leading the bridesmaids down the aisle. Not kool at all, the rest of us 7 bridesmaids meandered carefully to avoid the same misfortune. The food was so bland, watery and dull! The pork option wasn't nearly as bad as the chicken but it was still meh at best. The red wine offered was ok. Not more, not less. To finish on a positive note, though, the gentleman that lead the event, staff wise, was an absolute blessing and he helped my sister feel relaxed and that he had everything under control, 5 stars to him! Overall I guess if u really have to use this place it's not terrible. But there are definitely better and nicer options for ur $.
