​​Read the fine print describing the items and expect the worst. I never dreamed that everything would be bad, when I say bad I mean super bad. I bought 5 items and they were either missing crucial parts that even the manufacturer didn't even carry or they weren't working at all. They say overstocked or damaged items. These were customer badly used items. I paid $275 for all my items with a $174 shipping cost through FedEx. I wasn't going to pay almost $200 to ship it back. When I say these items were bad they couldn't have been given away for free. Never will I ever buy Amazon returns again? This was a very expensive lesson learned. I have been a part of many auctions and am overall happy with my experience but have had issues. Items listed as new but are used and damaged, stock phots used for the wrong products. Make sure you inspect everything and open boxes don't trust the stock photos. Handle issues the same day of pick up or you might never hear back from the owner. I will continue to use this company but will never buy with out inspecting my items completely again. Answering the response to the business owner below: I sent text messages, emails over and over and got nothing. I have been using ATX for a long time and have used alot of locations in Central Texas. I'm one that gives 3 strikes. I drove to Pflugerville got all that I purchased no problems. Drove all the way to Elm Mont for there one purchase. Drove home with out looking (my Bad) not what I bought, called them and they said drive all the way back and credit me. I said can't you credit me for what was not there, "nope" so that is where elm mont got there 3rd strike. Will still buy from others but not from them anymore. read more

Forget it, the savings is not worth the burn. These are mostly Amazon returns. I've bought about 10 items. One item broken totally and refunded. One item would not work at all, but I got a refund. Hence they get 2 stars. Other larger items are scratch and dent, badly dented even though ATX represented to be in good condition with minor dents. They claim to take all the parts out and inspect them. There is no way with the packing on the large items that this is done. Also found significant missing parts. The store is very difficult to get in touch with. Good luck. read more

As stated in previous post....always inspect before you bid. I've won two different auctions to find the item described inaccurately. One item was a stainless steel table that ended up having a bunch of 1/2" holes drilled in the center of it. There were other items listed separately that appeared (from the auction pictures) to just be sitting on the table and only after I arrived to pick up the table did they tell me the items were attached. They refunded my money but not my time. Another item was an "electric honey extractor". After winning and driving three hours one way to go get it and three hours back home, I found that the item was actually a manual version. (I wish I had opened the box while I was there) They offered to refund the fees of the auction but not the six hours of drive time nor the gas it cost to go get the item. Be cautious of pictures and descriptions because they are often misleading and you can usually find the same item online for the same price by the time you pay the auction premium fee, taxes and drive time to get the item. read more

I have had numerous transactions with ATX and all of them were positive. However, I recently won a Nordictrack s22i exercise bike from ATX Auctions. Went to pick it up and the staff loaded it into my car. Upon returning home we realized that there was significant water damage. More importantly, there were many missing parts. ATX was good about offering a refund however that's where their support stopped. I asked them to come and remove this useless cycle and they politely refused. The cycle weighs 193 pounds and I am not a young man. Moreover, because of the weight, I have to pay to have it picked up. I will not purchase from them again and I recommend folks approach their auctions with caution. read more

The owner was a very nice person. I picked up my items and they were in good condition. I had others items that I previously had won and forgot to pick up and I was so excited that he still had those items which I was able to also take home. He did not have to save them because it does say on the website and auction if you do not pick up on time they will re-auction the items. That was nice of them to keep the items to wait and see. I will definitely keep buying from, a great company to buy from. read more

I Bought many things from them still in the box for resale. I found several item that needed parts and had to return the money back and damaged items. When I asked about hem the imply said I had two weeks to return the items which ended up costing me a lot of money. Also had mislabeled item so got very confusing. Be careful what you buy there and open every box to verify parts and condition even id ad reads new. I do not buy from there anymore myself. read more

Bought 5 items via online Auction, supposed to be high end new in box overstock items.... 2 items were great, 1 item was a different color than what description stated, 2 items were missing crucial pieces. 3 bulb fixture, only had two globes. Mirror supposed to have two brackets for hanging and only had one. Guess you could go to preview and look thru the whole box and see it all pieces are there before bidding? read more
