Five of us went on the ATV one-hour tour, with four of us on two doubles and one riding with the guide. Everyone was super friendly and patient. We got to the top, stopped for pictures and our tour guide was a true photographer, catching us all jumping on the second try! We switched drivers with the two doubles on the way down so everyone gets to drive, and once we got back down, the guide brought us to the ground across and let us go high speed for three laps!!!! Great experience, lots of fun and definitely a highlight of our trip! After mid October, they get the grounds ready for snowmobile. read more

This was an amazing adventure. We were hesitant to try it since my wife had never driven anything like this let alone we have young kids. The staff was super friendly and really took the time to put my wife at ease. This was in person after they were very patient with the numerous calls I made with questions. I will say the terrain was rougher than we anticipated but no where did we feel it was too much for us or the machines. The guide upfront was very accommodating to our pace and comfort level. The staff was also very friendly towards the kids which added to the great experience. Overall it was a blast and worth every penny for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed it a ton and were not scared at all. We can't wait to go back for the snowmobile experience. read more

We did the 2 hour ride. Great experience, super fun and our guide was great. However, the person who welcomed us was pretty rude and condescending. We were 15 min late (so 30 min before the time) because we booked it last minute an hour before the trip and nothing tells you how early to come at the time of reservation. Klaus acted like people were waiting for us (while we were the only ones in our slot), then kept being condescending at every question we were asking, answering to questions by questions, kind of implying we were dumb. This place and their tours are so much fun. The staff is super friendly, it was easy to reserve and book online, and the one hour tour is actually perfect. They take you with a guide up and down the mountain, AND, just when you think you'll never be able to rip it at a fast speed in the ATV, they take you on a flat track at the end with the guide so you can feel a high speed kick. Our tour guide was Adam, and he even stopped me while we were driving to point out a bear cub at the end of the tour! All around great experience. Give it a shot! read more

Excellent opportunity to go into the mountains and have a bit of fun. I went for the access to the woods vs the thrill of the ATVs. But I wasn't disappointed at all. I loved it. They dealt with a tourist who was driving crazy (at risk) so well that it didn't disrupt everyone else's fun. Nice staff!! read more

Our large group did the 2 hour UTV tour and the staff allowed the kids in the group a turn at driving them on a small loop track across the road. Excellent activity for our little family. My teenager loved it. The staff were knowledgeable about everything we asked about and I felt that safety was the #1 priority. The views were great and even though it was a hot day we were comfortable since we were in the shade most of the time. We did the 2 hour tour and ride as passengers with a guide. I've done the tour 2x and both were good. The guide takes you up the mountain on a track. I think it is the same loop each time. You have to go pretty slow because of the all the rocks, ruts and water washouts. But, it is fun. Hemorrhoid inducing fun. read more

Check-in was timely and easy. A few signatures later, you're geared with a helmet and off to watch a short safety video. The instructor was lively and thorough. The tour went very smoothly. There were no accidents and our guide rode at a great pace for everyone. The trails themselves were pretty manageable. I can't say there was ever a time I got nervous about flipping over or crashing my ATV. Besides a few dips, it was a relatively flat ride with one or two somewhat steep climbs/descends. Warning, you will get muddy no matter how slow you ride through the puddles so keep that in mind. I overheard some children a little flustered over how dirty they got. Overall, it was a cool experience. Very scenic. I'd recommend this for people who like adventure obviously, couples ( it's great bonding) but also families looking to do something out of the box together. Came here during a weekend trip with a group. We did the one hour trip which was around $110 per person with everything split equally. The ride was fine but personally would not do again. When we arrived, we had to sign forms, get helmets, and pay, that process was smooth, staff was friendly. Then came the instructor who was extremely rude from the start. He made snarky comments and gave everyone an attitude even though everyone was nice. With our group were a few other people we did not know, including an older couple. The instructor even instigated a fight between the couple and tried to "lighten the mood" with a stupid joke even though he was the one who caused them to fight. Nobody laughed at his little joke and it was inappropriate. For alot of us, it was our first time and it's understandable that it will take us time to get the hang of it and start going but the instructor was impatient with us and acted like we were bothering him when we needed his help getting started. The seats were far from the pedal and we tried to ask for help to move the seats up because that's what he told us to do if we needed the seat to be moved. He tried once and said nope, it can't be moved, you'll be fine. ???? Honestly, laughable that he said these were newer ATVs. Onto the tour, so we were going and we have two guides and both guides were in the front. Wouldn't it make sense to have one guide in the front and one guide in the back so people don't get lost? Well, they didn't do that and they were going super fast that our second half of the group lost them and we basically got split up (please keep in mind that this is our first time). Then one of our groups ATV broke down in the middle of the ride. The reason for any stars given to them is that the actual tour guides were super nice (minus the instructor) but I don't think we will be back or recommend them. Minus two stars for instructor and one star for the mishaps that happen during the ride. read more

I found these guys a few years ago while headed to Killington to ski. Had my grandson with me this past week and we signed up for a one hour ATV trip. We had a blast. Very friendly professional staff. They set us up with helmets and gave excellent instructions to properly operate the ATV. Be prepared to be splashed in mud and it's a lumpy bumpy ride that's something out of the ordinary and lots of fun. read more

Went yesterday for an hour cruise with my girlfriend. It was absolutely breathtaking and I might have to go back again next weekend!

So much fun driving an ATV! We opted for the 2 hour 2 seat ATV tour, and got to weave through the woods and experience the dirt tracks! The team at ATV Vermont was incredibly professional and fun, and we felt great about their process during COVID. One thing I would highly recommend in the future is to offer riders a clean wipe to wipe down the wheels in between groups. read more

Staff is very friendly and courteous. ATV equipment is first rate. Safety and equipment briefings were thorough. However, the experience itself was lacking. It consisted of some very rough trails, with little to no scenery. It was fun for the first 15-20 minutes. Then we realized that we were just going on the same trails over and over, just from a different direction. This might have been ok if we had chosen the 1 hour tour. However, after paying about $300 for a 2 hour ride, which was supposed to be different and more inclusive, all we did was the same trails that we followed the first hour. This was certainly not as advertised and I felt the 2nd hour was a waste of time and a bit of a ripoff. I have been on numerous ATV rides in the US and Mexico. This was one of the most expensive, and the least enjoyable and worthwhile experiences. I would not go back. read more

A awesome experience..our tour guide was cool and patient with my partner and I being it's our first time doing the ATV. We were the only two in our group so that was awesome. Overall satisfied with the service however there is one guy who just didn't pass the vibe. Before ATVing you watch a clip and then someone talks you through a couple of things about the vehicles and what not to do while riding. That was okay but the guy was a little rude and was annoying the way he talked to people. I didn't catch his name but yeah that was the only down fall. This was our first time on ATV's and it was just AWESOME!!!. We highly recommend this activity in the Killington area. Close, the owner/manager? Was a awesome to deal with and even though we were in the office season, and they were trying to prep the trails, he opened up for us so we could have the experience of a lifetime. Max, our guide, created a trek that was challenging and exciting, plus he kept checking on us to make sure everything was going great!.
