I should have listened to the bad reviews about him. Especially, Dana B. from Belmont. She's right on. I had the exact same experience. None of the promise during the initial discussion was delivered. In fact, nothing was file for me except the emergency filing when it was too late (and I had to repeatedly remind him.) I had a few meetings with him in person which I had to drive a long way to meet him at his office which he was 15-20 min. late every single time. Discussed what needed to be done and he would assure everything was fine, he would do this and that. In reality, he ignored most of my emails, never submit me a monthly invoices although I requested repeatedly, he did not even file the case for me until it was too late resulted in judge denied the request. Same as Dana B. I would strongly recommend not to use him, especially in the complicated case. His negligence will cause you lots of time and money and your case could drag on forever (and who would pay for that? You!) He takes advantage that most people don't want to spend more time in court suing a lawyer when they have to deal with their own case themselves. read more

I would not hire this attorney for any family law case. I can not speak to his expertise in other types of law cases. He is nice, personable and intelligent. However, in my experience he is either overcommitted or has follow through issues. In my case, the damage was done by dragging my divorce case out 2 years longer than it should have gone and because I had no visibility into the California required mandatory settlement you have to believe what your attorney states. During the two years he promised to file motions, subpoenas, etc. nothing was filed except when his associate who subsequently left was a part of his firm. If you have a contentious divorce go with a more aggressive attorney. If it is something easily settled he may be for you. read more

I hired him, ex thought we didn't need such an aggressive lawyer, got another one, REGRETTED it and went back to Andre. PRO: Andre listens to you in full detail and can understand the unstated concerns well. He devices a good strategy and is able to communicate to you and the other parties lawyers what his clients wants. He is like Godfather when it comes to court. Everything is too easy and pretty much nothing stresses him out. He can make light of situation and keep your nerves cool during high stress time and when lawyers cash in the most is when Andre steps up as a human being. LOVE IT! My fiance and I had the pleasure of using Andree for a civil restraining order against my ex husband. We are located 3+ hours away and he went out of his way to get all of our information over the phone, he was prompt with his emails and phone responses, was accommodating to our odd work hours and did an amazing job in court. He was professional but aggressive in the court room, and was beyond amazing - caught my ex in multiple lies, but never "played dirty", something I appreciate greatly. Very disappointed. I haven't even had the opportunity to work with them. I did a lot of research to find the right attorney and narrowed it down to Taylor Solano and Associates. I called about 9am to schedule a consultation and they took my name and number. Around 4:00 I called back because I hadn't heard anything, a guy answers and I explained that I called earlier and was wondering the turn around time all he said was 24hrs. Didn't ask if I needed anything, didn't ask my name to at least check to make sure the message was received nothing. It was just 24hrs. I said ok and he hung up. I was stunned. I guess it's back to the drawing board for me. I feel like if Im treated like that and I'm not a client yet, it may just as bad as a client. read more

My dealings with Taylor Solano & Associates have been going on now for more than eight years. My case was almost throne out because of the amount of time it has gone on.I have called,left E-mail,and left messages with his answering service. The return calls or E-mail from Andre Taylor are far and few between. For example, I have called and left messages for a month or more and have not received a call at all to let me know where I stand with the finalization of my case from Andre Taylor. EIGHT YEARS is long time to finalize anything don't you think? I will let all of you know what is happening to me could be happening to you or anyone else.You make the choice as for me I will never have Taylor Solano & Associates represent me or any family members if at all possible!! Nothing he has told me was true! He told me I was divorced, wasn't true! He told me the house was on the market, wasn't true!! He told me I could marry anyone I wanted now that it's over, wasn't true! He told me I was getting payments from her and wasn't paying him for two years, wasn't true!! He told me my case was going to take only 10 more hours, wasn't true!! I am sure that with his clientele English speaking and non-English speaking, he is stringing them along due to a lack of knowledge of the English language!!
