As per our phone conversation on Tuesday last week, I provided a time-bound notice to Troy last Wednesday -- admittedly during bad weather, but I was able to make it to his office. I followed up multiple times by phone before finally canceling the request on Saturday -- because by then, it was simply too late. This is how Troy responded -- 5 days after personally delivering the document + payment to his office: "Jenny, Per your request I stopped service. Due to the weather on Wednesday and Thursday I did not have any servers on the road. The service would have been performed Friday. I can have the check and documents returned to you or served today.
