I started treatments with Dr D'Alberto a few months before commencing the IVF process, with the purpose of preparing my body to ensure a better chance of success. His treatment is a combination of acupuncture, Chinese herbs, balanced diet and sometimes a small homework on the key acupuncture points on you to take away. I found myself very relaxed and stress-free after each of the sessions.The Chinese herbs helped me strengthen my blood circulation and Qi movement. I generally feel more energetic than before. As a needle phobic and not a great believer in alternative therapies, I was rather apprehensive about accupuncture. I had spent years trying different therapies for stress and anxiety, never really getting anywhere. I have polycystic ovaries and had been struggling to fall pregnant. I had then experienced a missed-miscarriage and started to give up hope of being able to have a baby. A friend recommended accupuncture to me and I decided that I would bite the bullet and give it a go...I'm so pleased I did and so pleased I went to Dr Attilio D'Alberto! Dr Attilio D'Alberto helped me through my needle phobia, taking things very slowly; listening & understanding when I couldn't tolerate some of the accupuncture points.
