He was super friendly, honest, was there when we needed him and gave us space when we needed to think about things. We set up a delivery and the gentlemen who came were Zeke and Carlos. They were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Also very strong, they couldn't quite make it up our long driveway so had to carry our furniture a good bit of way to the house. They handled our furniture with care and also didn't let the extra work of carrying our furniture get in the way of their friendly demeanor. They also took our old furniture out of the house for us and carried a rocking chair to the basement. Overall excellent customer service from the time we walked through the barn doors to the time the delivery guys left our house. We got a great deal on nice furniture, I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing to purchase furniture.

I do not know yet. The website and it's lack of information on the pieces I was interested in and the "call for best price" and "request more information" forms to be emailed what I need to know (and giving them my email address in the process) was enough to put me off. Well, 6 months rolled by and we were told it would be at least another 2 months. So I finally decided to cancel the order and asked if they would split the deposit with me (I was only asking for 1/2 the deposit amount back) - they told me no. I can't imagine the person making it had it made and/or not even had the wood yet for the project and even if they had the wood, it could have been used for another order from someone else. Just make sure if you purchase something you really want it and are willing to wait for it for a long time. We were very disappointed that they would not work with us at all on the partial deposit refund. Not good customer service or way to keep a potential future customer.

We contacted them and they sent a repair kit for us to fix what they didn't finish and said that the sink only states it's stone regardless of the pictures and description. I would avoid at all cost. 2 things ordered neither satisfactory and pricey especially for quality that you end up with.

Customer service "forgot" to notify me when the dresser was to be picked up by the shipper, then informed me there would be a further delay because they're now using a different freight company, JB Hunt. Several days later they informed me that JB Hunt can't deliver closer than 300 miles from my address, so they were going back to FedEx freight for my shipment. I then asked them to confirm the closest door threshold delivery. Here is their reply "Your order has been shipped via common carrier as specified on your purchase agreement. This is a standard, curb-side delivery with a liftgate. The disposal of the wooden crate is the customer's responsibility. Please take the time to thoroughly inspect your item for damage before disposing of the crate as it would have to be shipped back in the same crate." I'm 68 years old and live alone. In no way would I have ordered this dresser if I had known I would have to uncrate it, then transport thirty yards to my front door. Further, changing a blanket wrapped threshold delivery to dropping a crate off at the curb is a huge violation of our written contract. When I objected, they refused to either hire a company to fulfill our contract by uncrating and transporting the dresser to my front door, nor compensate me for the movers I would need to hire to accomplish this. Their final action, without apology or explanation was to cancel the order. DO NOT do business with these people. As I have proven, they're liars, have no clue about customer service and are most certainly not to be trusted.

In February we spent 2200.00 on living room furniture. I found a chair that I liked and they said I could choose a fabric as well offered to have the chair swivel. Which I liked . After 6+ weeks it was delivered. The chair was completely unsafe for me! It came as a GLIDER! When I stand up to get my walker the chair goes backwards making me fall!!Extremely DANGEROUS!! I would NEVER EVER Get a glider! I didn't ask for a glider. Glider and Swivel are 2 totally different things. We went back to the store 2 days later and they refused to take it back! They refused to help in ANY WAY! I am a disabled woman I feel Lied to and deceived! They will never see another dime of my money! SHAME SHAME SHAME ON THEM! I have contacted my attorney and the Better Business Bureau. ACLU is next.
