I had such a great experience with Jere and would highly recommend this small business. Jere was able to fit me in the following day for a spider crack on my windshield. He came to my home and arrived within the expected time. He brought his lovely assistant, Sally (see picture) who carefully supervised his work and ensured he did a superb job in about 30 minutes. Thanks Jere and Sally! read more

I could not recommend Jere enough! He answered when I called, was able to easily accommodate my schedule, and showed up to my home on time. He fixed my windshield crack in about 15 minutes and you can hardly tell it was even there. Over the phone he told me it would be a price variance of $20 depending on how bad it is. After he looked at it upon arrival, he told me that it would be on the lower end and that honesty stood out to me. I will suggest him to anyone! read more

Jere was so wonderful! He showed up to the house, completed the repair in less than 20 minutes, and the crack is almost invisible! Very thankful he was able to respond so quick so the rock chip didn't speak in this heat. Such a sweet man and would definitely recommend him to everyone! read more

This is the second car that Jere works on for me and I can't recommend him enough. On both occasions he has met me at my place of work, always on time and efficient. I'd rather not pay the $500 deductible. Also, he always has a faithful companion (chihuahua) that is so cute and well behaved. Don't think about it twice and call as soon as you get a crack! read more

Driving home I heard a loud pop hit my car windshield, I immediately knew it was a rock/object and most likely caused a crack or chip. The next morning I saw the crack and knew the potential of it spreading. I called a few shops and locations and they were either not available until tomorrow (Saturday) or the following week or they were overcharging. I called Attack-A-Crack and spoke with Jere he said he was done for the day but he would do one more. Within 30 minutes we met at my home he went over his repair policy and he guaranteed his work and started working on the windshield. He was done in 15 minutes and the crack was pin size. I was very impressed with the interaction with Jere and his work. The whole process was less than an hour. I'll definitely use him for any future cracks/chips. read more

I had two cars that needed window repair so I called Jerry and he was able to fix the cracks on both vehicles. Jerry was on time and very professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a window repair. read more

We called Attack-A-Crack after having a few repairs done by another company. The other company quoted us way too much, $160 for one window, Jere quoted us $50. And honestly it is the best job we had done. We compared it to the insurance covered window fix on my BMW and Jere did a better job. This really was a great jib for a better price read more

‼BUYER BEWARE‼This guy SAYS he guarantees his work, but he DOESN'T. He will give you your money back, but when he damages your windshield so bad that you must get a new one, you are out of luck when he throws his arms up in the air and says "sorry" ‍ Also, that business address he lists?? It's a home. A home he doesn't even live at. SO, if he destroys your windshield and you want to go discuss with him..... well, good luck with THAT, too. I would not trust this guy with my "20 year old" car's windshield, never mind a newer model car with embedded antenna that costs over a grand to replace after he cracks it, and then refuses to do anything to fix...Or give you paperwork as proof of repair... he's been here before. You can find similar reviews elsewhere. read more

Jere is the best! Showed up on time and made the crack disappear. I been to a national repair chain in the past and they didn't even come close to what he did. read more

I had an 18" crack and Jere Ellis came out this morning and repaired mine in no time at all for an extremely reasonable price and I can hardly tell it was ever there! Beats paying the price of $1,600 for the windshield (only available thru dealership) AND he has a lifetime warranty! read more

Oh my gosh, Jere, THANK YOU SO MUCH for fixing my rock hit windshield! I really thought I would have to get a whole new windshield! Jere was so quick he was at my house within an hour and done in 30 min. Quick, easy, friendly, dependable and price was right! I will certainly keep your card and give it to all my friends. One person I called before you from google said I would probably need a whole new windshield, without even looking at it. Your expertise helped me feel comfortable that I had the right man for the job. Thanks again Jere, I will call you again! If you need a GREAT LOCAL person to fix your cracks....CALL JERE! read more
