They are helpful they load your lumber they have had everything I needed and the prices are actually cheaper than the box stores. I also don't have to put up with crazy parking crowds. After two weeks and them taking motor out of washer, they come back and put motor in and never fully check washer. They left after they said it was fixed and closed lid. On Wed. 3/31/21, they called saying the part was in and we set a time that day for them to come. They came and charged us $42.21 for the part. They denied telling my husband the part was included in the $95 even though he reminded them he repeated to verify the part was included in the $95. When we asked why they didn't come on Monday, 3/29/21, their answer was that they can't always tell when a part will come in, so no, they wouldn't answer why they didn't call to update us. When we asked about not turning calls, they asked if we were calling the right number. My husband told them he was calling the same number he reached them on for the initial appointment. Our dryer is working. But we will never recommend them, which is a shame as it is a women-run business.

He failed to properly install certain elements that were specified like weed prevention matting; thus we had tons of weeds come thru our beds. His response was to start spraying and to hire his company to take care of it - clearly a win for his company. He refused to go back and install what was specified. For all of our flower beds, we had other guys go back and install the matting. We also had to use our own maintenance team to clean up the area. Overall, a very poor experience.
