Was given a collection date for next week, phoned today to check details so i could insure it before collection, was told it had not yet been delivered blaming Baileys main office/ bank holiday. Further phone calls ignored / unavailable to come to phone / day off. I phoned Baileys main office in Bristol to check if caravan was on way to Lowdhams, was told they had not even started building it yet. Managed to speak to some one at Lowdhams after many hours phoning, told them what they had said at Bristol, they then said i had got my dates mixed up,- that i was wrong about collection date ect. Oh no i have not ! oh no i am not ! Offered me an ex display caravan instead.. No sorry i ordered a new one, delivery date arranged. Bought awning ect to go with it, booked my holidays for week after delivery, sold my old van, changed my insurance.. all based on Lowdhams sales staff promises. They take your deposit, make false promises , and leave you to fume Trying to get my deposit back. will buy else where.

Each time with promises of its fixed properly now. In the end Anthony the manager promised he would search for a replacement and not make a profit on the sawp due to the hassle (breakdowns) I have had. This turned out to be a delay tactic for 9 months or more. Eventually I bought a replacement from Guy Willaims who managed to beat Athonys price by £2k. So much for his fairness, morals, intergrity, trust. Im amased how they have won any awards within in Perrys or landrover group for service, however Im sure they do very well on sales, because they certainly now how to lead you on with false promises, just hope that you dont need or rely on them to deliver.....I'll never go there again thats for sure. signed. not a copley employee or have any connection now...

Booked in my Audi A3 for a carbon clean on the exhaust system due to symbols appearing on my cars…read moredashboard. Craig explained in detail what the process involved and what I should expect in terms of improved performance and fuel economy once completed. After connecting to the cars systems to diagnose any faults the car was hooked up to the carbon cleaning machine. The whole process took about an hour from start to finish. Once behind the wheel the car immediately felt more responsive in both low and high gears with significantly less rattles coming from the engine especially upon start up from cold. The warning lights eventually disappeared once the system adapted to the clean. Total cost was £79 which is very competative compared to similar businesses offering this service. I will have no hesitation what so ever in having another clean with Mr Carbon Clean in 6-12 months time and would recommend to anyone to have it done from a preventative maintenance or performance perspective as it is significantly cheaper than the labour needed to replace damaged engine parts further down the line.

Then I received a phone call to say the car was ready and I could collect it any time, when I rang them back to advise them I was collecting that afternoon I was told the car was not ready and they was still waiting for a part , I rang vauxhall uk head office and strangely the car was fix and all ready 3 hours later Needless to say they will never see it again or me

Hi, Bristol Street Motors,…read more When I first contacted them, they advertised the cheapest cars in Britain. For me I was unsure at first, but my worries were groundless. A Mr John Woodcock a Sales Executive at Chesterfield Peugeot quoted me the cheapest all in, up front price for a Peugeot 3008 Allure 1.6 EGC Diesel Automatic, I placed my order there and then. The delivery was slightly longer than I first thought, but was not the fault of Bristol Street Motors as I did not order a standard model, it had extras and therefor was a factory order, and Peugeot shut down for a month during August in France. I think it is unfair to quote the price, but I can assure you the discount was substantial and well worth my trip to chesterfield. All the staff are pleasant and polite, from Andy the General Manager down to the service department, a very professional organization. Would, I recommend them, yes, If you are looking for a fair deal and quality service, look no further as Bristol Street Motors are the company for you. You won't be disappointed. And the Car, WOW, what a car, I can highly recommend this model, it's got all the kit and more. It's like a jet fighter, with HUD (colour display.) neat. with satnav input. wicked. Before I bought my car the reviews online were vague and didn't do the Allure EGC justice, put it in sport mode, performance, plenty. I could go on all day. How would I rate Bristol Street motors, Exemplary Service. Well Done. Peter Joseph Wilson, Royal Navy Retired ( ALS) (S) (SSBN). I Know Quality When I see It.
