It even has the original push-button light fixtures! So charming! You can't help but feel welcomed when you step in through the dark wood door with a generous pane of glass, and look into the smiling face of the TempWise receptionist. All of the staff here are women, & they're all very friendly and professional. They all seemed to know what was going on with my job hunt; I dealt with Michelle, Debbie, Tracy, & Shirley (& was invited in by Lee) & although I had the most online contact with Debbie, Tracy was the one who I met with. So they're very organized & keep each other updated very well. I got a job through them within 2 weeks of signing up for their services (which, like all temp agencies, are free to the seeker). TempWise is HIGHLY recommended!

They did a great assessment of me during the interview and really took the time to make sure they knew all about my job preferences and skills. This was confirmed when Tempwise found me a job at a company where I fit in perfectly and loved what I was assigned to do. While working, I knew that Tempwise would help me with any issues that may arise and this gave me great relief once I started. It's always scary to start a new job, but not with Tempwise behind you! Now that I have come to the ending of my assignment I can say for sure that Tempwise is the best staffing service in Tampa.

I would like to give a big shout out to Rachael with Ultimate Staffing!! From day 1 she made me…read morefeel comfortable, explained the processes very well. I was a newbie to doing things by the way of staffing, and she understood and was very good at communicating and helping me along the way. She found me a few options, and allowed me to choose my top pick. I have now been permanently employed and happy and making the right amount of money for starting over. They choose great businesses to partner with, which is very important. The quality of service they put into finding you the right fit is top tier, and more valuable then any app claiming to help find you jobs. I highly recommend Ultimate Staffing, and if you get Rachael backing you, you're sure to find the right fit! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, starting over can be so scary, and you really helped make it much easier for me.

I used them last year. I was so excited about the position they were sending me out to and I had…read moreone formal interview with the woman that was suppose to be my boss and then a second interview with her and her boss. Small company totally ready to go! In that course I was brerrated to no end, stripped of any authority for a managment positio, in 1 month my title changed to a lesser title. I was scoleded, told not to speak. To do nothing. Then I got put on as a telemarkter instead of the position I applied for. Sadly, I was doing EXACTLY what I was told and then would be yelled at for doing that. The person I was working for is crazy. When I say yelled I mean blood shrill yelling that made it difficult to understand even what was being said and or accused. NEVER in my life have I encourted someone so vile. I called Amanda several times and told her I didn't like it that I was being berated etc...She was presistent in me staying. Insiting the company felt like I was the right person and was happy to have me there. I asked her not to say anything and I know she did because the next day I was berated again and the same comments and language I used was shoved down my throat. It got to the point that I was dreading going to work and desperate when I go there. In the end I was asked not to come back much to my relief. Amanda told me they suspected the company was using me as a "fall guy" because the woman in charge is bat xxxx crazy. She with the man at Pridstaff said they had long suspected she was trying to control the company which was not hers or her job. Numerous other employees had been berated, including her counter part. So Amanda knew the entire time what I was going through, refused to find me a new position. So along side of the woman at the establishment, I was used as Pridstaffs puppet and fall guy. NEVER even offered to help me find another position. I'm now in a new position 9 months and it is going very well. It's a permenant position where I receive nothing but praises and I'm well received, loved and the people are amazing to work for. I understand temp agencies are working for the company but to dilberatly put someone in an abusive and stressful situtation is uncalled for and is abusive itself. I really liked the staff when I went in and was so excited to work with them but after my experience I would not recommend them and would strongly suggest if you don't like a place they put you do not ask just tell them to find a new position and you are not going back. That is what I should had done but I wanted very much to represent them well and to do well. There was no way that was going to happen working for the company they sent me out to. I was set up to fail. To boot I had a job before going to them I could had stayed at and stayed longer at until finding a stable person to work with and not have wound up with a bad "mark". Regardless of who their contracts are with this is a really lousy way to do business and to treat people.

I had…read morepreviously interviewed with another staffing agency (based outside of Florida) and felt there was a disconnect between myself and the recruitment person, I felt like I was just another person to meet a quota of placements. I am very happy to say that this was NOT the case with Pride Staff! Right off the bat I felt like Matt and Amanda truly cared about what I was looking for in an employer and they had a wonderful working knowledge of possible positions. It was very evident that Pride Staff is invested not only in the companies for which they place people but also that they are invested in the people they place with those companies. During my interview with PrideStaff I felt that I was heard when expressing that company culture is important to me and I believe that Amanda and Matt truly took my personality and experience into account when thinking of places that would be a good fit for all parties involved. It was overall a very pleasant and efficient process which I couldn't be happier about! I would 100% recommend the Clearwater/Tampa PrideStaff office to anyone who is looking for a job!
