Absolutely love this swimming school. The staff has always been above and beyond. I have three…read morelittle ones sometimes it can be hard to do activities when I'm outnumbered and they are always very helpful when needed. My son has been coming here since he was six months old he is now three. Swimming from one side of the pool to another he tries to dive under. He has no problem jumping in and swimming all over our pool. I really love the way they teach the kids slowly allowing them to graduate and move on to harder techniques of swimming. I've seen other schools where they dunk their kids in terrible!!!!! I've also seen where they mainly focus on floating which a child still could get tired and drown. My son at one years old he could swim over to the wall and pull himself out. I truly believe that they have to practice in order for their little brain can remember what to do in case of an emergency. I do not believe in schools that take a week or to only dunk your kid in traumatize the crap out of them and then allow them to focus on mainly floating. I would say just like any police or firefighters that have to train so Incase of an emergency they don't go into shock and know exactly what to do. I also have a friend where her 4 year old could not swim and within a week AquaChamps helped me be a comfortable swimmer.

Things started out fine, but after our instructor left the company, the experience went downhill…read morequickly. The company changed our weekly lesson time from morning to afternoon, then proceeded to cancel our lessons every single week for two months straight, citing weather as the reason. What makes this especially frustrating is that it wasn't even raining during many of our originally scheduled morning time slots. We asked to be moved back to the time slot we originally signed up for, but were told that wasn't possible due to limited staffing and the constant rotation of instructors. To make matters worse, the owner was incredibly difficult to deal with and refused to refund us for sessions the company was unable to provide. Rather than taking responsibility for their inability to deliver the service we paid for, they made the entire process unnecessarily frustrating. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. The lack of reliability, poor communication, and complete disregard for customers' time and money were extremely disappointing. Dishonest, disrespectful, and incredibly frustrating to work with. Stay away!

Words are not enough to describe how grateful we are to this preschool…read more From the moment we walked in to tour the facility, Kim, the director made us feel welcomed and took her time to show us everything and go over every single question we had. She is always quick to answer you by phone or email and you never have to pray that she gets back to you. We enrolled our baby when she was barely 13 months old and this was her very first preschool ever, she was not walking yet. In just 5 short months with this school, she has learned to walk, sit and stay seated, do baby signs, say thank you and please, and, most importantly, go from very scared, sad and shy to a completely confident, happy, excited toddler and a social butterfly! The teachers are amazing and truly love what they do. They made her feel loved and safe and gave her room to fully blossom from day 1. We felt fully comfortable knowing our little girl was in good care. After a short transition, our girl looked forward to being in her favorite teacher's arms each morning and play with her new friends. From day one, everyone will know your baby's name, there is an efficient check-in system at the door that only authorized providers have the code for to pickup or drop off your child. You will get photo updates every day, and a daily report that tells you about their day, what they did, what they developed and eating. They also do monthly activities to foster a sense of community with the parents and children like hat parade, making, bird houses etc. They provide healthy, made fresh meals every day (for a fee) and you get to see the menu and know exactly what is served each day. There are 5 teachers in the toddler room and the teachers here have a very low turnover rate so you and your child will get to know them well. We drove 3 hours each day to go to this facility and will do it again in a heartbeat if the closer school to us is not a good fit. Thank you so much to Kathy, Daliza, Alexis, Estephania, Tamiesha, Janna, Christine, Tanesha and Kim for everything that they do and have done for us. If you are looking for a positive, nurturing and caring environment for your child to thrive, this is the place to be.
