Caitlin did a tattoo for me just exactly as I had asked for it! Part of the tat involved a foreign language with letters similar but not always identical to English. I double checked Google and had my language teacher review the Google site, too. Caitlin was able to curve the words around a small Lego tattoo, exactly perfectly! She listened patiently when I told her my concerns about the lettering. She chose a word size which fit so nicely! I am proud of my artwork - Caitlin's artwork! Located in a shopping mall, wait time was 2 hours and they make you sit there and wait for them. 2022 either this business is driven by ego or ignorance & neither is good customer service. Update your systems, even crappy restaurants can text you when your table is ready. Guy was rude on top of it. You're in a shopping mall not a dive tattoo shop with famous artist. read more

I went in for a forearm tattoo I wanted for a memorial. Knoxx gave me an appointment and didn't even know the day I came in for my appointment. And almost two months later when I messaged to check up on the way my tattoo was healing he was very unprofessional and removed me from social media without any advice on following up or what can be going wrong. He was very unorganized when we came in and unprofessional. read more

Was not impressed with this location. When I walk into any business I expect to be greeted right away. I stood in this place for 5-10 min and the only person to say anything to me was someone waiting for someone else getting a tattoo. I looked at their wall and some of the workbooks on the counter (all the while waiting for someone to say hello) then finally went to this young lady at the register and asked her if there was someone I could talk to about a tattoo. One of the artist kind of casually walked up and asked me what he could do for me. I was thinking to myself (you can act like you want me to spend my money here). He did seem knowledgeable and was willing to listen to my ideas and added a few of his own which were pretty cool sounding. The jury is still out on me going back there, to actually have it done. Our recent visit to Atomic tattoos for piercings went off without a hitch. This is the location in the mall, and we had Dorian who is phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and patient, as my daughter has metal allergies and this was our fifth attempt at piercing her ears. We went with titanium (which is $5 more but completely worth it). It has been two weeks so far, and her ears are doing great, no issues whatsoever, just mild soreness if they are bumped. I also had my helix and tragus done, and he was super quick and gentle, and overall he made the experience as painless as possible. Highly recommend Dorian for all piercings. read more

Of the different places I've gotten tattoos, this is so far my favorite. The place is open and well lit, the artists are visible and approachable. All in all a comfortable place to spend some time getting inked. Mark has done two tattoos for me and he has awesome skills and great follow-up. He listened to what I wanted and gave me a couple of options. He listened when I commented and incorporated what I wanted. The final products are my own personal pieces of art. Pricing is very reasonable and scheduling is easy and convienant. read more

Had to get my nose re-pierced and Dorian was the best!!! Definitely ask for him!!! I went for the Friday the 13th special and i knew he had to be pretty fast because there was a lot of people waiting but he really to his time with me to talk about the piercing and walk me through some things i wasn't aware of the first time i had my nose pierced. I went in with a friend to have her septum done, I wasn't expecting much from a chain, but being new to Florida I was just there for support. We were greeted by the piercer, Lanie, and she took excellent care of my friend from start to finish! I was really impressed by her enthusiasm, her extensive knowledge, and the fact that even though my friend was her client she still took the time to acknowledge me as well! I was so impressed I went in the next day for my own piercing and left incredibly happy. I can't explain enough how well Lanie treated us! We kept asking her questions and she always had a professional answer, never once did she make us feel dumb about what we were asking. On top of that she made it very clear that if we ever had any issues with the jewelry or needed something replaced to just stop in. A few days later one of the captive balls on my friend's septum fell off... So we popped back in, she greeted us, remembered us, and while she got my friend squared away with her septum she even checked in with me about my own piercing and how it was healing. Yeahhh I'll never go back. Granted it was on the Friday the 13th sale but they cost me a lot more than the $20 tattoo was supposed to cost when they were so disorganized we (4 of us) waited for 2 hours for nothing. They didn't put our paperwork in line. They "messed up" and basically told us to get to the back of the line! No thanks, get yalls sh*t together before I let you ink me. Bye! read more

I got my first tattoo in 40 years and Connor made it not only an artistic success but he was an ultimate pro and very communicative which is hugely important. The work was done in a very reasonable time at a great cost. I would recommend him to anybody. You would not be disappointed. read more

Went in for a piercing. Shop smelled like weed. Stood around for 15-20 minute was never greeted so we left.

I went to get a tattoo a while back and I was told to check this place out. When I got there I was greeted and everything went over smoothly for the most part. I had a design ready and the artist said he liked the design but he could make it better. The day of my appointment came and the conversation seemingly never happened and that was fine but he just wasn't prepared or really even seemed like he cared. The artist rushed through and I was out in a flash. There wasn't an aftercare procedure that I was told to follow so I had to make a bunch of internet searches and question friends. Overall, the experience was just very mediocre. I haven't gone back since. I'd like to note that this was a later appointment, he might have not been having a great day. read more

Got my first tattoo here. Not impressed. The guy who did my tattoo was smoking in the front before he went in to greet me. I didn't see him wash his hands before he put the gloves on. After i got it done he freaked me out by saying i was going to pass out even though i felt fine... i just needed some water. The tattoo didn't come out looking professional at at. line work was sloppy and uneven. read more

Had a very small red heart with an outline in black done last yr. He (artist) told me they couldn't make it any smaller even though I didn't want it as big as it was. Have seen way smaller ones. After the tattoo was done it looked great for a couple of wks. Then, the outline ink started spreading outward from the heart, looking blurry. Finally had it removed because it looked sloppy, and the nurse told me the outline ink was from a foreign country. She told me there is no telling where tattoo places get the ink from. Cannot remove the outline ink in my skin unless I have surgery. Great socialization during the process, but not happy with the tattoo. read more
