They spend a lot of time answering questions and managing the wait list. You can walk in for the wait list but there is no guarantee you'll be seen that day. It's best to make an appointment with the individual staff member. Rachael does it through her website link. But I've made about 3 appointments online and am definitely seen at my appointment time. Every experience I've had is good when I see the actual piercer. She explains everything to me and each person is very picky about making sure the location is good for the piercing. Rachael would even start over several times with her marker to make sure it's even and satisfactory to her. It's great they're getting really busy since they opened. Please be patient and kind to them. Each piercer refuses to rush a job and they barely get to take a break when I stop in on weekends. Let them take as much time for each client as they need. I'm sure you'd want the same attention for yourself. I need to stop going back because I keep piercing more and more things. But I'll be back at least for my follow up for my tragus.

All in all a comfortable place to spend some time getting inked. Mark has done two tattoos for me and he has awesome skills and great follow-up. He listened to what I wanted and gave me a couple of options. He listened when I commented and incorporated what I wanted. The final products are my own personal pieces of art. I signed in on a signup sheet and its been about an hour and a half and I haven't been checked in. There were 6 people in front of me on the sign up sheet some how about 10 people have gone and I am just chilling. I said something to the receptionist and finally got in and out. It seems like the amount of people in the crowd have overwhelmed this location. It's a cute studio and for $21 you get a lot of bang for your buck.
