I'm beyond blown away at Tom's professionalism and the quality for money…read more My company used this company for corporate promotional videos. The product that was delivered was phenomenal. I've worked with other freelancers who've charged much more for much more basic results. The best part of this experience was how easy Tom was to work with. During filming, he needed very minimal direction and it was obvious he understood our vision. He adapted so quickly and collaborated so well, he felt like an instant coworker more than a hired contractor. I trusted his judgment on editing, and that instinct was rewarded. I only had to give him a couple of revision notes, as he understood what we wanted to convey and delivered. The quality of the shots was gorgeous. Extremely polished, with multiple camera angles and shot styles. If you're looking for a quick turnaround time, keep in mind that this company tends to be in high demand and often has a full plate (a good sign) so depending on their workload, there may be a wait on editing. However, Tom carves out intentional time to focus on your project and gives it his full attention. Highly recommend!

Tom was always timely with his responses to us throughout the wedding planning process. When we had questions, Tom answered right away. When we couldn't make up our minds on what photographs to include in our shot list, Tom helped us right away. The planning process was one thing but the actual experience of working with Tom and Angel during the wedding day was such a great experience all on its own! There is so much going on the day of the wedding and so little time to do it. Tom and his staff were so helpful in getting us to the right places at the right times to make sure we got all the shots we wanted/needed. We appreciated his team's work and we also received great feedback from our wedding party and guests on how great it was to work with Tom and his team. One thing we also greatly appreciated about Tom is that he has so much experience, creativity, and vision that on the spot he found several great shots that we never would have thought of! Tom has a lot of experience in photography and it absolutely shows in the his service and the quality of his work. In short, we are extremely pleased that we hired Buckley Photo + Video and would recommend him to anyone!

They just have that creative vision that is so necessary for something as important as a wedding video. Not only were their final deliverables great, they were also so great to work with! They are very communicative, responsive, and reliable, which is just so important to have in a wedding vendor; having awesome vendors just makes the planning process way more enjoyable and contributes to the overall day going smoothly. I have heard of White Rose for many years prior to planning my wedding but Alex was formally introduced to us by our planner, Elegant Events. Before we even got started, he was so quick to respond to emails, hop on a call with me, and answered all of my 1000 questions. Leading up to our wedding I would stalk their social media pages, dreaming of how our wedding day would turn out. The day of my wedding Alex and his team showed up and went above and beyond my expectations. They worked so collaboratively with my photographer and the rest of my vendors. So seamless. So professional. So creative. So fun!!! Your wedding day is so special (and very exhausting by the end of it) so having a good team of people makes the world of a difference. From the creative ideas to the guidance with poses, I was happy, having fun, and at ease the entire day. The day goes by so quickly and I was so excited to get my content, since photos and videos are the only things that live on. We went with the best package they had available (and even added more time at the end) because it was THAT good. The White Rose team turned around our content soooooo quickly and did the most amazing job- I still cry every time I watch our video. They were able to get me my 2 hour film before the holidays and the whole family got to enjoy it and relive it on Christmas. I truly hope we can work with White Rose on more occasions in the near future and HIGHLY recommend selecting them for your wedding.

Through his work experience, he was already familiar with our culture, so it made easier when we explained how we wanted our religious ceremony captured. In the end, Laky incorporated our religious ceremony perfectly into the wedding video because he took the time to learn about the different parts of the ceremony (it was in a different language), and portrayed the ceremony correctly with the correct background music we wanted for each section, even following up multiple times to ensure it was correct. Post ceremony on the day of, there was a miscommunication with our photographer, but Laky immediately stepped in and confidently directed us...he saved the day by photographing our day for us with no hesitation! For our couple photos, we had another problem because the photo spot we had in mind was closed off and Laky was, again, quick to pivot and found us amazing spots around our reception venue. I am not naturally photogenic, unlike my husband, but Laky and his team made us feel so comfortable with their effortless conversation. Their demeanour kept us relaxed and in the moment. We also really appreciated that they helped direct us and gave us certain poses and prompts when we didn't know what to do. Because of this we got the shots we love so much. Post wedding, some of our guests mentioned they also used this company for their own wedding and they also really enjoyed their wedding day with them. In the end, we highly recommend Laky's services and are so grateful to them for capturing our day so beautifully.
