Location: Central and near all of the other shops in the area. Parking is limited. Selection: They have a wide variety of clothing that ranges from yoga apparel (limited selection) to bathing suits to ski gear to everyday sports clothing. Right now, they're well stocked with winter coats and ski gear. They have a decent selection of shoes and boots but I've never found anything that worked for me. They do seem to have frequent sales in the shoe department. Price: Depends on what you're looking for. I wouldn't say they're cheap because they do carry some higher end brands such as North Face, Helly Hansen etc. but my experience has been that if you hit them up at the END of a season, you'll hit the mother load. At least that's what happened when I went by at the start of September - I spent way more than I planned to. Oops! Service: Hit or miss. This time around, the assistant manager helped us find the perfect winter coat for my mum. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive to our needs. She really tried her best to find something that would work for my mom, made plenty of suggestions, explained the 'build' of the jackets she looked at etc. Five stars for the amazing service. I say it's hit or miss because in general, I don't find the clerks on the floor to be all that helpful or interested. I guess it depends on the day.
