She briefly sprayed them with the cryotherapy (or whatever it is) which did not work. She did not have a great bedside manner and was not very friendly. To give the office another chance as it is less than 5 minutes from my home, I took my teenager to their office for acne and requested her PA, Sammy Verner. LOVED her. It was a much more pleasant experience. She was friendly and explained things well, and, at the follow up, she adjusted the medication as needed, too. I would go back to this office, but only if I can see Sammy.

I went in again, it still hadn't cleared up, and she gave me another prescription and said to come back in a month. The third time I went back I still had the problem. I said that none of the prescriptions had worked and I didn't feel that I needed a month to figure that out. She took a skin sample to send to the lab. By the end of the week I got a email from the lab notifying me of the test results. It's been three weeks and Tiffany has not called to explain the results or to suggest a treatment. Meanwhile I went to someone else, got a new prescription and it cleared up in a week and a half. AND it was a medication that she had refused to prescribe.

I made an appointment with Lauren yesterday and had a PCA peel done and this morning my face looked flawless/fabulous. I was really happy with the results of the peel. My face was not red nor irritated but had a nice glow. Lauren is a wonderful person who takes pride in her work and assesses each client's skin to provide them with treatments or peels that will benefit them. Lauren's prices are very reasonable and affordable if your familiar with peels, facials, etc. (cost). I am happy to get my final appointment with Lauren this month as she is relocating out of state. She will be greatly missed here in Cali but a gem for new clients in her new home base.

I first found Lauren on Groupon and have been religiously going back to her for my skin care needs…read moreever since! I initially went to Lauren for a microdermabrasion treatment, but after talking to her about what I was looking to achieve with my skin, we decided to continue with PCA peels to deal with my hyperpigmentation concerns. Treatment is ongoing, but I'm already getting compliments on how great my skin looks from family and friends! Not only do I credit Lauren for the improvement in the appearance of my skin, but she has me hooked on researching the latest in skin care products. I would not have discovered PCA skin care and tarte cosmetics if it weren't for the lively discussions we have on skincare during my facial sessions. She is extremely knowledgeable about skin care products and I feel we can talk for hours on the subject without feeling pressured to buy anything directly from her (she is not trying to sell the products we discuss and will often refer me to Amazon.com or directly to the manufacturer's website for purchase). There are a lot of reasons why I will continue to go to Lauren for my facials, but the main reason is that she puts the health of my skin before anything else. I once came in for my PCA peel, but my skin was slightly irritated by a new facial scrub that I had used the day before. She was concerned that my skin would react negatively to the TCA peel in its sensitive state so we rescheduled for the following week. She felt terrible about the rescheduling, but ultimately, she wanted to make sure my skin was taken care of first! Definitely try this place out. Your skin will thank you! :)

Prior to Jenny, I had gone to a few different local med spas over the years and had some unattractive Botox mess-ups, so I did not want ANYONE else to touch my face.
