They treated him with a flu pack and he was sent home. The flu evolved into a terrible sinus infection. When I called again to see if they could do a follow up, I was told that because he had come in the previous week, they would waive the fee. For that reason, we returned. He was finally put on an antibiotic. The doctor who treated him told us that this was common this year; people started out with the flu and it devolved into sinus infections and/or bronchitis. The next day, we received a phone call that he was being billed another $75., that I had said he was in the DAY before not the WEEK before, (I had clearly said the week before because she asked me specifically what day it was and then said it was within a week) and that they treated him for something different, not that the infection had evolved. This is NOT the way to do business. It reflects so poorly on the management that I would never use their facilities again and would caution anyone to find another walk-in. They're everywhere. Do not choose this one.

They do not follow up or check on your children. They do not answer your questions or make any effort to help beyond the basic check ups. They refused to see my newborn during Covid unless I took my perfectly healthy child to an urgent care to be Covid tested. They are rude and disrespectful to parents. The only friendly one is the young man at the front desk. Do not take your children here. I took both my children out. They made me go to the office to sign a release and asked why I am leaving. He never really examined me. never looked at my joints looked at my range of motion took my pluse blood pressure weighed me or anything else that I was usually used to with my previous doctors. He would have me sit in the chair while he used the exam table as his desk. He did not have a plan for pain management. Did not Believe in it. Well believe me when you are in a lot of pain you need Pain management. All he did was look at my hand listen to me moan and groan about my pain and then sent me for bloodwork. Last of November he took me off all my meds because my blood work was not to his liking I was visiting my son in Washington ,,believe me it was a horrible holiday. My psoriasis exploded as well as my joint pains. It took me months to get over that. Long story short, a month ago he started again with he didn't like my blood count he was taking me off my meds and wanted me to go for more bloodwork no problem however I was not going to be in the same situation I was a year ago. I as of today have found a new Doctor Who is wonderful takes my blood pressure wait exam is my joint movement my range of motion listens to my heart and everything else you would expect to be done thank God I found a good doctor.
