It's family ran and I don't know if they are taking in more business than they can handle, but the service is unacceptable time after time. It's definitely time to move on. numerous Times with different issues I find that I have to continue to follow up over and over again to get anything accomplished. currently we are dealing with a issue with our fob security system. Thai issue has been going on for over 3 weeks. Everyriem I have to reach out to them to follow up leaving messages text etc. Then when you finally get a hold of the one person that runs everything, (Jaime), you always get a answer that has you waiting even longer. We will be moving on from the company very soon. We will spend more, But it's worth it at this point. I appreciate the years of their service when it was good.

Recommended an alternate product that was superior to what we wanted. Install guys were great and done in less than 3 hours. Also showed us how to use everything and answered all of our questions. And we absolutely love the sound system! Hands down would use them again and we recommend them to everyone who loves our system.

I have been dealing with GHT for a couple of years now. This time I had the pleasure of working…read morewith Travis. We were wanting to upgrade our projector from a JVC NX7 to the new JVC NZ900. Travis told me they were so new we had to order it to get in line for them so he did. After a month or so the projector came in ahead of schedule. This upgrade was also for all the gaming I do in my theater room so this projector could do 4k 120HZ which was something my last projector could not do. Travis sent Rafeal over to install the projector and some fancy switch and we had to get new HDMI cables that could carry 4k 120 HZ. Well the switch would not do what was advertised they tried for a long time to get the switch to do the 120 but it would not. They came out a second time this time with Rafeal and Chris they worked a long time making calls and looking stuff up to figure out what the problem was. The kept me informed of the plan to fix it which involved putting a new board in my receiver and ditching the fancy switch. So the third time they came out again always on time if not a little early. They got it working in no time with the proper piece they needed. We cannot stress enough how pleasant it was working with Travis, Rafeal, and Chris. I strongly suggest using GHT it is a local owned company and they do amazing work if you are interested in High end stuff. I used to try and save money and use the big box places but they just do not have the skills nor the equipment that GHT can get a hold of. They are super knowledgeable you will not regret using them.

They fixed what the other guys recommended, but for 1/3 of the price. We're very satisfied. Save yourself time and money in the future and don't bother calling anybody else. Dr. Cool is the man. - This guy is real. I had just purchased a home with a 14-yr-old HVAC system; when I had someone else come service it, that tech came back with a laundry list of items needing done (or that my entire system needed replaced). I called a couple other HVAC companies to get second quotes before investing in such a huge expenditure. Dr. Cool (Dave) was great. He went over the list of items the other vendor found, and he assured me those items were what I might expect on an old unit like mine. He actually advised me not to spend any money on repairing the unit, since it was so old and could completely give up the ghost (I should mention my unit was cooling the house fine; these repairs were things found on a routine inspection) any time. He went on to take the time to explain to me the options for a new system, including approximate prices and details on what each system could do; he got as technical as I wanted, but also explained what I didn't understand in layman's terms. Dave said he came from a teaching family, so he wants to explain to his customers what their options are and educate them as much as possible. He also said he's a terrible salesman because he wants to find the best value for each customer; he actually was hesitant to talk to me about a more expensive system because of my current financial state (he repeatedly affirmed he did not want me or anyone else to go into debt if at all possible) and wanted to assure me he could provide good cooling service with a less expensive system. Here's the long and short: Dave is a good man who wants what is best for his customer, not what is best for his pocketbook. He cares about his customers as individuals. He knows what he is doing, gives excellent communication, and does good work. Definitely at least contacting him and letting him earn your business; he has mine.
