The said product were silicone masks. Enter Smooth-on From the day our company was born, Smooth-on was our "go to" supplier for raw material. But it wasn't only the materials we received, it was a friendship with a manufacturer that to this day I've yet to see paralleled. Smooth-on not only offers excellent product ( 98% of my shop are blue and yellow buckets ) but the customer service is mind blowing. You never feel like just a number being a client of Smooth-on. They take personal interest in your projects and offer the best advice and product solutions when faced with challenges. The also listen to their clients!! This is huge. They've invented product to serve specific needs. Combined with the amazing staff at our local Reynolds advanced materials in Burbank CA. Smooth-on has helped shaped my company, Immortal Masks into one of the worlds largest and most prolific silicone mask companies.

Today, my 2nd time there, I wasn't sure if I wanted to try the new products I researched online or stick to the products I've been using. I left satisfied and better informed of products and techniques. I'm very excited to see how the glowing lava floor/ castle wall/ 2dragon instillation turns out! Production designer heaven

They claim I didn't pay November 2021, somehow they cashed out a check twice. They keep bugging me and one of the landlord came to my door to curse me out and threat my wife and I. I was force to move in April 2022 because Patrice Lambert, very unorganized and unprofessional in the landlord field, was asking for a ridiculous amount of money claiming that I didn't pay November 2022. She listened to what I was saying and wanted, no high pressure at all. Meredith searched for the design I wanted and made me feel special. Once I picked out my setting for my anniversary ring, Meredith surprised me with a once in a life time treat.... Eric was going to Antwerp and he would be hand picking my diamonds! How awesome is that! My husband was able to get my ring just in time for our 5th wedding anniversary and present me with a beautiful ring. Thank you so very much Eric and Meredith. I found a jeweler who I completely trust, respect and I can't wait to come in for my next piece!

Pretty much the biggest waste of money and time I've experienced from a business in a long time…read more I brought in a luminox dive watch rated at 200 meter depth. It required a battery change. Licensed dealer quotes $100 to send it in- as there are multiple gasket and small screws that I don't have instruments or patience/ expertise to self change. I expressed my concerns prospectively about the gaskets and specifically asked about integrity for taking diving post repair. Post repair, the watch face repeatedly get condensation. Clearly a leak induced by their poor repair. Did not occur prior to the battery change. When I brought in for a look, I was shut down from the start. They refused to even verify their work and instead told me I should've not worn the watch while washing my hands. Ridiculous. I will never go back and advise everyone I meet against this feeble and incompetent glorified antique shop. Trust me, save your time and money. Go elsewhere.
