Back in July when I started feeling severe pain in my shoulder, I knew Dr. Casey would help me with my pain. I had to pull over on my way to work because the pain was so bad. I called and that day, and the next day, he gave me a consultation. The staff were extremely welcoming and informative during my first visit, and continue to be both these things every time I come in for an adjustment. I have been going to Dr. Casey for six months now and have felt the same severe pain only once within this time frame (which I am sure was due to a deep tissue massage that loosened my muscles and made me more prone to pain in my shoulder). If you are not sure what this is, read about it on Wiki. These adjustments are absolutely imperative for prevention and management of a number of health issues. It is impressive to watch Dr. Garvey do his job, the way he feels your back, identifies the subluxations and corrects them. The spinal adjustments are unique and singular to the chiropractic profession and somehow I don't believe all chiropractics out there have the proper training or knowledge on this, therefore, I would not trust anyone else with this procedure. Dr Garvey knows what he is doing and is simply amazing. He is also the founder of the Chiropractic Cancer Foundation for Children. I've been seeing him for half a year now. Initially I went to see him to address the sciatica issues I had from sitting at a desk all day. Sciatica is gone, my headaches stopped and I sleep better (these were unexpected positive side effects), I also joined a second gym because apparently I have that much more energy :) oh, and I have the best posture in Mississauga!

Truly Exceptional!…read more I've actually been to a number of Chiropractic clinics in Oakville as I didn't feel I was finding the right clinic which fit my needs...until I walked into Foundation Chiropractic. What strikes you is the sheer passion and knowledge that both Dr. Jason an Dr. Jennifer have for Chiropractic care. The first visit involved a detailed neuro-structural exam and what was refreshing was having Dr. Jason tell me that he couldn't perform an adjustment until he saw my x-rays, as he would have no idea if he would make a pre-existing condition worse. It's this level of attention to detail and thoroughness that makes you realise you're in very good hands. Over time I have noticed a drastic improvement in my condition and while there have been times where I pull or tweak a muscle, the recovery is much quicker. Case in point after my most recent assessment after a period of 16 weeks, the improvement in the results for the structural exam speak for themselves. Aside from offering Chiropractic care, Foundation Chiro is a centre for well-being. Providing exercises to try at home with lots of very useful and uplifting messages all over the impeccable and spotless clinic.
