Atlas was a transformational experience for me. I was initially skeptical because of the pricing and reddit posts but I am so glad I did it. It was a life-changing experience. I learned a ton about myself and think differently about the world. It's very hard to describe how much I got from Atlas. It was like a firehose of feedback and insights about myself. I wrote probably 20+ pages of things I learned, but here are some bullet points off the top of my head: I learned the importance to my relationship with my word, and significantly strengthened it I learned that I tend to hesitate and hold back, especially when I know I'm right. And I completely changed this and stopped hesitating in my life. People respect me more, I respect myself more, and I live more authentically. - I learned to take FULL responsibility for everything in my life, and actually embrace that into everything I do - I learned that I was extremely selfish and a horrendous team player, and improved that throughout Atlas - I learned that my actions inspire people, and that I get to be an enrolling force to everyone in my life - I learned the importance of honesty and integrity, in everything that I do - I learned the importance of giving, and that the people who give the most are typically the happiest. AND I got to practice that consistently and implement that into my life Some tangible results that were created in my life: - I started posting on YouTube again which is my dream to do full-time, when I had previously quit for the last 8 months - Renewed energy for my business which created an extra $7,000/M in revenue - Consistently working on things I cared about for 60+ hours a week without burning out - Finding renewed passion for life that I thought I had lost years ago - I went from nearly breaking up with my girlfriend to seeing myself spending the rest of my life with her TLDR: Atlas can be difficult for many people. It's like Navy Seal training but for your mindset. It can be brutal and challenging and I wanted to quit several times. But I'm so grateful I got to stick through it the end. That's the cost to radically improve and change your life. Overall, it was one of the most powerful experiences in my life. It felt like 10 years of self-development crammed into 4 months, and changes in my life that will stick with me forever. read more

Do you want to change your life? It's one of the simplest questions I have ever asked myself, but one of the most challenging journeys I have ever undertaken. That was how my Atlas experience began, with that simple question. From the moment I answered yes, I have never regretted my decision. I was looking for that extra 10% in my life. 10% more success in my career, which I had few complaints about, 10% extra in my personal relationships, most of which were already fulfilling and 10% for me, just me. More joy, gratitude and peace for myself. I found all of those things throughout my atlas journey and the beauty of Atlas is that you get to share the journey with others, you celebrate victories together and stand side by side with them when challenges arise. You don't do this alone. The leaders and coaches of Atlas are some of the kindest hearted and most giving people I have ever had the good fortune of meeting, they were integral in having me really openly and honestly look at myself and the type of person I was and helped me see and realise the type of person I wanted to be. They supported me in changing my life. Since my time in the Atlas program I have realised more success in my career and am now engaged to the most amazing woman I have ever met. I find much more appreciation and peace than I ever did before. I cannot promise a smooth path, the journey is not always easy and if I'm honest, there were times I questioned myself. But there is a reason for that, just as the saying goes, 'Nothing worthwhile is ever easy'. So the question is simple, do you want to change your life? read more

My Atlas Journey: A Legacy of Heart, Power, and Relentless Impact From the moment I stepped into Atlas, I knew this journey wasn't just about personal growth...it was about unlocking the boundless potential within me to transform lives. I dove in with passion, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to SHOW UP, not just for myself, but for every heart that crossed my path. I embraced every stretch, every breakdown, and every breakthrough, allowing vulnerability to guide me and courage to push me beyond my limits. Atlas taught me that leadership isn't about titles...it's about standing in the fire, holding space for others, and creating ripples of possibility that extend far beyond what I can see. I learned that fear and growth cannot coexist, and that living powerfully means choosing vision over comfort, impact over excuses, and LOVE over everything. I didn't just walk this journey...I ran, I soared, and I ignited the fire in others. I showed up relentlessly for my ATX10 Family, poured love into every message, held hearts high, and gave everything I had to make sure no one was left behind. Whether it was raising money for the 22q Community, supporting Foster Village with heart and connection, or standing boldly for the people...I lived FULLY, I LED POWERFULLY, and I LOVED DEEPLY. As I reflect, I know this isn't the end. This is just the beginning of a life where I KEEP MOVING FORWARD, anchored in purpose, driven by passion, and ready to create an even greater impact. Atlas didn't just change me...it revealed the leader I was always meant to be. And now, I'm unstoppable. read more

Attending the Atlas class was truly a transformative experience that exceeded all of my expectations. From start to finish, the training was thoughtfully designed to provide participants with practical tools, actionable insights, and deep personal growth opportunities. Whether you are a seasoned leader looking to refine your skills or someone new to the world of self-improvement, this class offers something invaluable for everyone. The course structure was both comprehensive and highly engaging. One of the standout features of this training was the interactive nature of the sessions. The opportunities for collaboration and peer feedback were invaluable in helping me see my strengths and areas for improvement. Perhaps the most profound aspect of the training was the focus on self-awareness and personal growth. The facilitators encouraged us to reflect deeply on our values, beliefs, and behaviors, helping us uncover blind spots and limiting patterns that might be holding us back. If you're considering this training, I cannot recommend it highly enough. This isn't just another seminar or workshop--it's a transformative experience that equips you with the skills, mindset, and confidence to become the best version of yourself. Whether you're looking to lead a team, inspire others, or simply grow as an individual, this class will give you the tools to succeed. read more

There is life before Atlas and life after Atlas...and after is WAY BETTER. This is hands down the best leadership program I have done. It's a way to basically elevate your entire life to be in alignment with your values and desires. Suddenly, things you thought were impossible become possible...and actually happen. For example, I was a stressed out, overworked CEO and now I live a life of both leisure and impact. I had a terrible relationship with my dad, now he is my number one confidante. I had insomnia and anxiety, and now I sleep 7+ hours every night. The real win is just living in JOY every day. I didn't know what that meant or felt like until I went through this training and met so many incredible people. I don't really know how to describe how incredible this program is because it might sound cheesy or fake...I just tell people to go DO IT and find out themselves :) read more

I did atlas 2 years ago, it changed my life. I struggled with not feeling worthy and really low self talk that didn't help my depression or anxiety. Atlas has helped me find a new trust and belief in myself, helped me believe that I could find my dream job that I have now, and has inspired me to go back to grad school to get a degree in social work. I still get depressed sometimes and life happens, but what has transformed is how I speak to myself now, with compassion and love so I can hold myself more through the hard times that life brings. My mom also did atlas, and she never cried my whole childhood and now cries and is so much more open and vulnerable with my sister and I. if your wondering if it's worth it, it is. read more

This program truly transformed my life. I see my life in two distinct phases: before Atlas and after. It's hard to put into words what a remarkable, once-in-a-lifetime experience it was to engage in the deepest, most soul-searching work I've ever done. Before Atlas, I worked nearly 80 hours a week, neglected exercise, often prioritized work over my partner and two daughters, and believed success was everything - missing out on the true joys of life. Now, my life is completely transformed, and I owe it all to Atlas. I've witnessed this program set people free time and time again. It's truly a gift, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered it. I am forever grateful. read more

I signed up for Atlas in the spring of 2023 and ended up taking the course in the fall. I didn't know what to expect at first, and I wanted to know every detail of what would be discussed in the training. So I read a lot of reviews and got mixed information. I ended up doing the training and it had a huge huge impact on me and my family. I feel like I have a much deeper insight into myself, my emotions, and what I want out of life. Going back a year now from when I finished the training, I can see so many changes, in the ways I communicate and deal with stress especially. Its been a tool that has helped me out more than I ever expected! read more

The root of making a difference in the world is making a difference within yourself and the opportunity I've had with atlas to find inner peace has been beyond impactful. Growing into myself and learning to love all of me has been the toughest lesson so far, but the support and love from my family at Atlas has continued to give me the strength to keep fighting. Fighting for me. Fighting for others. I've learned the value of the tongue and the value of the body. My physical presence makes a bigger difference than I think and the words I speak impact the world in waves. I may be biased, but this is my favorite place on earth! read more

I attended the complete training. (Explore, breakthrough, redesign) and have truly expanded myself as a result. I loved all the trainers and coaches I got to work with, some of whom have been doing transformational work for 30+ years. This organization keeps transformation clean, pure, and focused on SELF. I got lots of tools to achieve what I want in life, some examples being: I got married, bought a home, renovated a home, and got a new puppy within 3 years of graduating. I'm still very close with my friends I made along the way. Wonderful community. Definitely attend! read more
