my countertop has needed repair since it was installed. they have come out and agreed that they had to fix it. Ricky (an owner) lastly came out to say yes it needed repair of we would receive a refund. since then he used Covid as an excuse and now will not answer a call or an email and of course no refund. I am sure that he just stalled me till it was too late to take his lies to court. I guess a good enough company as long as you have no warranty work or repairs needed! Hi Harry & Ricky I had Dana come to my house to fix the uneven seam on the granite countertop. He came in, asset it and got right to work. He had to take the whole entire piece off, cleaned it up & put it back together. Dana did such a terrific job that all that wait was worth it. I'm pleased with his expertise of experience. I want to thank all the people at Atlas Granite that took the time to deal with me. I'm truly appreciative of the level of service, for this my review to this company is highly recommended. Don't be fooled by the website or by their promises. They will leave you hanging and frustrated. Atlas ownership (Harry) couldn't give a rats behind about you or your concerns with your kitchen counter top. One interesting thing of note when our granite FINALLY came: (incorrectly after 3 attempts - I paid another contractor cash to finish the edge we had chosen and somehow Atlas just couldn't manage, even though they sold it as an up charge in their showroom) the mark-out guy who came to help on the final install told us (in his words) that we paid too much because we paid the "white guy" price. I say all of this without prejudice of course because I'm not quite sure what that meant but - I was pretty disturbed to think that they treat different races differently with preferential pricing. Again, I'm not saying its true; I can only repeat what was told to me by one of his own workers - but I would certainly get some check prices before signing a deal with these guys. This is the intent of reviews. Had he been good about it all, my review would've been supportive and glowing. If I think the general public is at a disadvantage by dealing with such repeatedly unprofessional conduct, its my accountability as a good person to caution others. After attempting to discuss our displeasure with Harry, he stumbled on about safety in my first google review as being the reason he couldn't make it right and by doing so, generally proved his level of ignorance and- left it for all to read. It also highlighted his willingness to scapegoat his way out of paying to make right what was done so wrong. Such a terrible way to conduct business. And, I'm still out around $1300. Seriously, do yourself a favor and just keep looking. PLEASE! By the way Harry, a chiseled edge is not supposed to be uniform like a serrated knife blade. And much like the lady who reviewed you earlier, the lost sink think is evidently your trademark. Nice going. read more

Atlas Granite supplied and installed porcelain countertops in my kitchen. The products delivered were cracked through (full thickness) and reported immediately. Atlas refused to perform any repairs even though the conditions of their "warranty" were fully met. Keep away from this company, they have a low quality of workmanship and don't stand behind their own warranty. If i could give them less than a 1 star review I would. read more

Project : kitchen counters ($6.5k) As a condo owner my business never seem like it was of any importance to this company. There were many breakdowns in communication and felt like transparency was not one of the businesses values. Our initial sales rep quit the company - can't say that I blame them - and our nascent file ended up being lost. Our initial quote for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen was reduced to a project of kitchen only as we had some fears regarding atlas's abilities to deliver. In hindsight this was a well-founded doubt. It was next to impossible to get a hold of the next salesman. Eventually the owner, a man named Ricky, who seemed nice enough, explained to us that things were not as we had been led to believe. Not a good thing once the contract had already been signed. To his credit he offered a reimbursement and his genuine concerns made us think we should keep pursuing our business with Atlas. Unfortunately that was the last time we spoke with him. Following arrangements with template makers and installers were much more complicated than they should have been. Even as I type this review I'm finding myself in need of calling a plumber back once again as pieces for my sink have gone missing in the install. I can't recommend this company to other individuals as their recent successes in the Ice District builds make me believe individual accounts such as my own are small potatoes and are of no importance. We had atlas install our counter top approximately one yr ago. We also referred a customer to them. We have had endless promises that they will come out to do the necessary repair, just be patient. Harry has spoke to me only once since the install and that was to get the balance owing as they had made a mistake on the order. Since then he has either been out of the office or busy. I spoke to Katherine numerous times with many assurances but no action. Since she is no longer with the company Amanda has replaced her with the same assurance, be patient she will look into this and get back to me. They did eventually send Cory out but his repair did nothing to fix the problem. When he was here he said that he would probably be back?! I will certainly update my review when and if I have any new information. I give them two stars for customer service and look forward to upgrading it some time read more

I used this company for marble countertops for our house and cabinets and kitchen countertops for my business. The products were a ok and the service was horrible. The sales person was incompetent, couldn't remember a thing we discussed. Didn't meet the agreed installation date. They also charged me for a table that they were suppose to build but did not. And when I called to follow up, nobody's taken my call, when I asked for the owners Ricky and Harry, the alibi was they were out of the country. I would never ever use this company ever again and I would never ever recommend this company. read more

We purchased 2 vanity granite countertops, we were promised a delivery date and when they date came and went, we could not get a response from Amanda @ Atlas. We kept bugging them and bugging them for a firm date. Finally had to threaten to have our credit card company stop payment before we got any action. We go to pick up our vanity tops ( supply only) and all of a sudden we are not allowed to transport it in our vehicle and have to pay extra for delivery. We get the delivery after it is delayed and still not getting any response from Amanda we had to call the front desk in order to get our delivery on the date requested. Next, we take the plastic off the one counter top and it has scratches in it and has not been sealed. We once again send text messages to Amanda, call her, leave voice messages no response. We again call and speak to the receptionist, she tells us that the remnant that we bought comes as is, does not get polished or sealed. WTF!!! I would be very careful purchasing anything from this company! I asked to speak to the Manager and was told I would have to drive In To request to see the Manager and I may possibly get the opportunity but, I would have to have all our text messages to show as proof. I guess the pictures of our countertop doesn't count! read more

Such a shame that after doing what I thought was sufficient research, trusting their flashy website and testimonials and believing the reputable app Houzz that I was so terribly disappointed in this company. Our job was small, a long narrow counter and utility sink counter. I came in to pick out our quartz on October 16, 2017. After careful consideration and finding exactly what I was looking for the owner Ricky himself did up the work order with me, my husband went in later with exact measurements and put down the deposit. We agreed on purchasing a basin type stainless steel sink to be installed in the stone and that we would pick up the order to install ourselves, 3 weeks was the estimated pick up time. After 4 weeks we called to see when our order would be ready, and the run around began. After speaking with front desk and not having calls returned on numerous occasions we then received dates when our order would be ready, after at least three promised dates, numerous phone calls and much frustration on December 05, 2017 my husband picked up our order while I was at work. I came home excited to finally see my laundry room finished only to fine the WRONG piece of quartz installed and no sink. Same quartz but definitely not the one I had carefully chosen, as well, the sink not installed because they put in a bathroom sink instead of a utility sink. To add insult to injury they claimed the sink cost was not included in the work order, even though it was the owner who showed and priced the sink we chose. When I called the next morning, clearly upset I was told to "please calm down, stop yelling" (which I don't think I was doing) by a seemingly concerned employee by the name of Amanda. After her reassuring me that it was not right and they would make it right and she would get to the bottom of it and call me right back, I felt she would be able to help us. Turns out her position is to patronize the customer, tell them what they want to hear and then ,like the rest of them never get back to you or return your calls. After a laundry room in shambles for 2 months we cut our losses on December 17, 2017 and settled for the awful quartz they gave us, we knew there was no winning. Such an absolute disappointment. When it is time to renovate our kitchen in the coming year we will stay far clear and would advice anyone else to do the same. Beautiful products but poor management and customer service along with a city full of competitors , the only solace will be that they will do their own business in. read more

Good afternoon. I just want to give BIG warning out to AVOID Atlas Granite Inc.. As a contractor I have unfortunately had to deal with them. A year later they still haven't fixed their job and it has now moved to the BBB and soon to court. Long story short they installed the counter wrong. The owner came looked at it and agreed it was wrong and would fix it. A year of excuses and liesand nothing has been done. They never did and even offered $500 a few weeks ago for it to go away. That was denied and they booked another appointment to do a template to fix it yet no one ever showed up. Now they have said they won't fix it all because of a google review. They have adds all over Facebook with 80% off. All i can say is READ the reviews and you will see how many people are getting taken by this company. I just want to avoid anyone else losing 1000's and dealing with this BS when there are some AMAZING places in the city that do WAY better work read more

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING EVER FROM ATLAS GRANITE. We had to order a small piece for our shower. After telling us they could make the piece we required they also said that it would be ready the following week. Well after several phone calls to them and always being told someone will call you back. The piece was finally ready for pick up. It only took a month and several phone calls. (the only person who ever returned a call was the receptionist) When I went to pick it up it was not done correctly. We even gave a drawing of the size needed. After making a big deal they finally gave my money back. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! I should have read the other terrible reviews before I ordered from them. Customer service is EXTREMELY poor. The office staff have poor organisational skills. I was booked for install only to find out it was false. Luckily I was in at business the day before false date and found out the install was not going to occur before my partner took out our kitchen plumbing. Another date was provided. The quartz is of good quality the install was destructive. The bridge piece for behind the stove was missing at install. A section was poorly edged was supposed to be smooth but had a sharpish edge which looked horrible. It took them a month (!) to come back with the bridge piece and fix the edge. I had to pretty much harass them to get them to come and only by threatening to contact the BBB did they finally come out. Avoid this company it is apparent they only care about high end clients. The office staff are insanely disorganised I find it hard to believe they are even still in business. To be fair their prices are competitive but if I had to do it again I would pay a little more for superior service. read more

My kitchen counter top is L shaped with a 90 degree mitre custom waterfall. I wanted it done asap and can't say that " sense of time " is Atlas's forte. but the end product spoke for itself. These guys worked tirelessly and worked themselves to the bone to install it exactly as I had imagined. We are very pleased with the end product and service. read more
