What a great service Cardinal provides for our community. Not only is it a fabulous service to…read moreemployers, it helps so many who are unemployed or partially employed to find means of survival in an otherwise pretty scary economy. Cardinal Employment services has been successfully matching workers to available jobs in our community for as many years as I can remember. Louie is an honest, caring business man who obviously treats his employees well. Even after they leave, they appear to speak kindly of him and the business. That... is a very good sign.

Right off I was warned by my supervisor Melissa to not trust the women who worked in the front…read moreoffice and later that she, and others felt the CEO, (also Melissa) was holding back funds from their VA program to remodel the building that they could use for other things and they were angry.....Umm okay, I had only been working there a short time and had been drug into the drama already...sigh.... I should have quit right then, but nope. Unfortunate, because in my time working there I found this organization to be unorganized with a complete lack of training or employee support. Total lack of work ethic by management and long time employees. I would not at all be surprised to learn that the management was misappropriating funds. They do not appear to care at all for the population they work for. If one notices there are no recent positive reviews because most of the employees treat others badly, they don't show any care about the work or the people, only the paycheck and for non proffit employees that is sad.....I wish for them to receive back all that they give.
