We used other companies before for home and bathroom repairs and I wanted to support local. Miracle Method was one company who gave us added value along with their professionalism, courtesy, guaranteed high quality of work. They spoiled me i guess. I took it for granted that workmen would be good at what they did and act professional in their behavior and even appearance. What a mistake. From Nally we got sloppy, inferior craftsmanship. Even worse, the guy that did the bathtub repair work had a bad attitude and bad personal hygiene too. He thought he was a great repairman but he definitely wasn't. Not even close. We couldn't be happier with the results! I am only sorry I did not get this review posted earlier for others to benefit from. The staff and installers were professional in every way, did an outstanding installation job and cleaned up the construction litter better than any contractors I have hired in some time. The end product looks great while being non-intrusive, even the HOA in our subdivision was pleased with the results as are immediate neighbors. Follow-up service has been simply excellent. True to their word, when the system did not respond correctly a couple of times, they contacted me promptly and scheduled time to fix the problems (largely an internet connectivity issue easily resolved with a range extender or bridge). Their monitoring of our panels and invertors via the web led them to contact me before I even knew an issue required attention. The only delay we encountered was from Idaho Power, it took a bit longer than anticipated in December/January to get our meter switched to a net zero meter. We went live in mid-January during the height of the Treasure Valley inversion season. In closing, our system is working beautifully, while the Idaho Power bills have declined substantially, given our Jan/Feb inversions we did not get to zero. However I am very happy with where we are and the payback schedule projected for us is maybe 10% low. On the other hand if ID Power rates continue to climb the projections may be right on target - its really to early to tell. I would unconditionally recommend EVENGREEN TECHNOLOGY to anyone who is considering a quality solar project. They do not try to oversell or push "extras" to increase a profit margin. Apex, and owner Joseph Danes, did a meticulous and…read moreabsolutely outstanding job on my North End home, and demonstrated the results of their work through clear, trustworthy testing data. The long version: I previously had a very well-known Treasure Valley radon company install a radon mitigation system on this same home. I thought I was done, but after I buttoned up my old basement to make it air-tight, the old system showed it was still working but my interior radon levels were *extremely* high. Joseph met with me to assess the situation, tested the performance of the old system in multiple locations, and found that the system was covering only a small part of the footprint (about 100 sq ft), and my air-tight improvements were probably exacerbating the problem by trapping radon in the home. He designed and installed a new system to effectively address the entire footprint of the house. When he finished the installation, he re-tested the system performance to be sure his system was effectively mitigating radon across the whole footprint of the house (testing both soil pressure and radon levels). The test results were spectacular throughout the house - multiple locations tested, and my long-term radon readings dropped from over 9.5 to under 0.5. Apex also ran a basically silent venting system whereas the old system had a fan that I could hear in my bedroom 24/7, and my neighbors could hear in their back garden. (The last installer said there was no way to make the system quieter.) Data and third-party test readings don't lie. Apex relies on extensive testing to check their systems before they call the job done, and to demonstrate that their systems work. Throughout the job, Joseph answered every question and explained his system in detail. I absolutely couldn't be happier that I chose to work with Apex to get my radon system done right. A note for those of you comparing Apex with other local companies: In my experience with two local companies (1) Apex spent *considerably* more time on the job than the other company; (2) Apex put in a much better designed, quieter and more extensive system; (3) Apex installed a system I know I can trust because he ran multiple tests to calibrate and prove the system; and (4) Apex didn't change-order me; Joseph stuck to his price.
