Well, 4 days after I had the Saad made, the Hawks traded him him away. I called the next day and Cindy was the BEST. She was the same one that helped me just a few days earlier. The security guard laughed at me and she made jokes and when I threaten to go to management she shrugged her shoulders stating "I'm not going to lose my job sweetly" and I recorded her as a part of my court case. I'm giving this one star because the shoes are nice but the customer service is terrible. People hanging in and out this store is NOT at all professional!!! besides the service this store only carry mainly big sizes and kids shoes, maybe you should start selling size 8 & 9s because you never have any, expand and refill your wardrobe.
