He returned and put brackets on to secure it but did not repair the molding as promised, then stated there's nothing that can be done. Not responsive when asking for a refund. We feared that we would need to replace a $2500 appliance. I stopped by Moore Appliance to see if this is something they could take a look at. They set me up with an appointment for the next day "between 12 and 5." The technician called at 12:00 to let us know he was on the way, and he arrived about 10 minutes later. He immediately determined the previous occupants used oven cleaner, which clogged the burner and the gas intake. He explained you should not use oven cleaner on a gas over for this reason. He cleaned it out, tested the oven several times, and answered all of our questions. Super helpful, very professional, and much cheaper and easier than replacing the oven.

But after taking to Rob, the owner, over the phone. I learned that he's pretty genuine and polite and he indeed can work the next day. Rob jr, the son, gave me a call before the appointment when he knew he might be late on the scheduled time which I am super appreciative as avg contractors that I hired before wouldn't do that. (They have no time for it...) Rob got the job done very quickly and professionally. He even took pictures for me so I can have a peace of mind remotely.
