Let's face it, it is never a pleasant time when you are in a position of needing to pawn something of both personal and sentimental value at a difficult time in your life. Ed made me feel valued as a person and gave me an extremely fair estimate of my diamond ring. More than just being an honest business man and truly a knowledgeable diamond dealer, he is a good listener. He did not take advantage of my obvious financial need to get something at a low price from a vulnerable person just to have more inventory. I can't say enough about his ethical character. You'll be pleased to do business here, whether pawning, selling or buying.
