The equipment was returned to me without the mower deck being properly leveled nor were the tires inflated to the proper PSI. This resulted in my front lawn being gouged with an uneven cut. I had to level the deck myself to rectify the service I paid for. I called the service manager twice but he did not return my call. I'll be going to another shop for my next service and repair.

Recently, due to the closure of the Upper Marlboro location, I began shopping at the Brandywine location and for the first time ever after spending thousands of dollars over the years, I returned an item that cost less than $25. To my surprise, I was the subject of a profanity laced diatribe from a female owner of the store who excoriated me for making the wrong purchase which required her to a do what she called " a time consuming credit card refund". I began shopping at R&D Cross when the southern part of Upper Marlboro had one fast food restaurant and you saw store employees at church or the grocery store. That period has passed. What remains is my insistence that I treat others with respect and be treated the same way. Regrettably, I shall never make another R&D Cross purchase.

Then the snow blower was on the back porch so I had to add gas, get out the electric start cord and bring it out front. When I got there he had left. When I called him he was very rude saying he had already wasted a half hour and would have to clean the carb (he claimed the gas was bad but it ran fine). Most of this could have been avoided if he would have just called before coming so I could be ready for him. Never will call him again for anything.
