The whole process went by so quick after that, with her helping us select the right people to get everything moving quick, from inspections, attorneys, appraisal, etc. We will definitely reach out to Gaby again in the future if we ever need again, and recommend her 100%. She's very knowledgeable of the area, has great networking with other realtors, and knows what houses to show you and the best path forward to how to be competitive in this extremely competitive market! We can't thank her enough for all her help, after being in the market for so long, we learned with Gaby that the right realtor really does make all the difference.

The scariest thing about buying a house is getting started. It's extremely overwhelming- never mind…read morewith higher than usual rates and very little inventory! After reaching out to countless real estate agents and relators in my area and never receiving responses, I was driving to work when I saw a sign outside a house that caught my attention. The minute I got to work, I googled the name and saw reviews for Barbara and how wonderful she was to work with new home buyers. I sent a quick (overly-detailed) email and I received an email back in no less than 1 hour from Barbara where we were then scheduled for a phone call later that evening. After a brief phone call that night, I was beyond thrilled to have her on our team. She was patient, answered all my questions and really got to know myself and husband as people and a couple which was great. She talked us briefly through the process and what to expect while being very honest, but never once making us feel out of our league. One thing I have learned is your real estate agent needs to be one of your best friends when you're going through this process. We spent countless weekends out and about. Almost every Saturday and Sunday and sometimes week days, depending on the listing. I swear, Barbara worked all hours as if we were her only client with over a million dollar budget (which is not the case!). Every question (no matter how many times asked) was always answered. She was available via text, phone or email anytime of day. And if she didn't hear from me- she would follow up just to check-in. Whether it was a house 5 minutes away, or 1.5 hours, she was on it. It was so easy and effortless to be with Barbara everyday and communicate as she's so relatable. I genuinely looked forward to her phone calls and emails everyday as I always got a good laugh! We always joked around and I never felt like I was bothering her, or creating more work. You completely forget you're a client when you team up with Barbara. She put so much of my anxiety about this process at ease and made a lot of what should be stressful and chaotic- enjoyable. Even in this market! She always kept our hopes up when we would feel down and reminded us that the house would find us. And here we are! We began looking in March of 2023, and our offer was just accepted on a house about a week ago, and all thanks to Barbara. In fact, this house we're in the process of purchasing wouldn't have even been on our radar without Barbara! Not only does she work hard to make your terms and conditions stand out above the others, but she worked with our lender directly in regards to offers as well, making us feel like we had the best team out there. She knows her stuff, knows her recommendations and works diligently. We're not done yet; but I've been so impressed by Barbara's expertise, relatable manner and non-stop work ethic for us that I couldn't help but pop in and leave a note of my experience even before closing- in case anyone else out there is currently looking with the same anxiety or nervousness I originally was. As we speak, I know she's making calls for reports and information on this future house for us while I get to take a breath and just enjoy the excitement of buying our first home! I'll update once we're all finished, but for anyone out there looking- look no further. Thank you Barbara (& Larry)!

A few years ago, I talked to Jenna over the phone about an apartment that I was interested in, but ended up not taking. Two years later, my husband and I decided that it was time to purchase our first home and, by accident, I came across Jenna again! Thank goodness we did!! We started the process by meeting with Jenna and letting her know exactly what we were looking for and gave her our long list of requirements. Jenna explained the house hunting process to us and without hesitation answered the 1000 questions that we both had. My husband and I thought that it was going to take months if not years to find exactly what we were looking for! Well we were wrong!!! Within a week, we saw three houses. Each time I find a house, I called Jenna and she got us in right away. She never said no, never made any excuses, and never said that she was busy. She did everything possible to get us a showing (at our convenience). We made an offer on the third house and closed within three weeks! Jenna - we can't thank you enough for going above and beyond for us. You returned every single call, text message, and answered every ridiculous question that we had. You made this process so easy for us. Because of you, we found our dream home that fit all of our requirements. Review of Stratton Equities…read more www.strattonequities.com Hello everyone, My name is Robert, and I wanted to share my experience with Stratton Equities because it was so exceptional that I felt compelled to tell others. If you're looking for a lender for a property purchase, don't waste your time with other firms or local banks. Stratton Equities truly stands out--you'll honestly wonder why anyone would go anywhere else. The only reason people don't is that they simply don't know Stratton exists. Over the years, I've worked with many lenders--local banks, big banks, and hard money lenders. They all bury you in endless paperwork, make endless promises, and deliver subpar results. Just when you think you're close to closing, they hit you with hidden fees, stress, and broken commitments. My experience with Stratton started when I called and spoke with Michael. I explained my situation and needs, and he really listened. He developed a plan that made sense for me. Michael is not only professional but also genuinely kind and down-to-earth--the type of person you'd want to hang out with. Then I worked with Alessandra, who set up my client portal and guided me through uploading the required documents. The process was smooth and straightforward--just the standard paperwork you'd expect. The team even helped clear a title issue caused by a lien that should have been removed 15 years ago from a now-defunct lender. Once everything was complete, Michael worked with me to secure a fantastic rate with reasonable fees. We set a closing date, and within two days, a notary came to my home. I received the funds the same day. Honestly, it was so easy that I kept waiting for something to go wrong--but everything went exactly as promised. The entire process exceeded my expectations. Stratton Equities is an honest, efficient, and trustworthy firm. Both Michael and Alessandra were outstanding to work with--professional, transparent, and genuinely caring. This was truly an A+ experience. If you're looking for a loan, these are the people to call. You'll get amazing rates, quick turnaround times, and real support from real professionals. I stand by every word of this review--it's 100% honest and accurate. Do yourself a favor and skip the other lenders. Working with Stratton Equities was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Robert
