Consistently over the past months, before and since my heart surgery it has been like this. I have actually had to drive to their office to get information I needed, because YOU CAN NOT GET THEM ON THE PHONE. And even then they treat me like I am a burden. My Cardiac Therapist needed to contact them about my therapy... they tried via fax and phone and Shore Heart Group never once responded. Love my doctors, but Shore Heart Group has been the worst!

Dr. Matt is fantastic, he listened to me, understood that "yes" something is wrong, we need to find what it is, and then BOOM one day I was in the hospital for something else and they found it, Long QT. Evidently I have always had it, but previous Dr's just didn't bother considering it, Dr. Matt and the others figured it out and since 2018 I have had a pacemaker and defib to help keep me from suffering and living in fear, as I had been. TOP CARE TOP QUALITY TOP STAFF You couldn't pay me to switch from Shore Heart Group.

Worst run practice I have ever experienced. Was scheduled for a vein procedure. They had several…read moremonths to obtain authorization from my insurance. Didn't bother to do so. Supposed to call me a week before procedure (a Friday) for final instructions and also send script to my pharmacy. They don't call, so I call on Monday. Person I speak to has no idea about anything and has to speak to someone else. Eventually comes back to say that they are still working on authorization. That was a lie. They actually didn't attempt to get authorization until I called as evidenced by a letter from my insurance company saying that they got the request (that day) but it was incomplete and that they couldn't make decision until doctor's office supplied information. Followed by another letter a week later saying since they never received information, they were denying. Office never followed up with me except for scheduling person asking me to confirm my appointment. If I had gone in , I would have been responsible for the entire procedure under self pay (of course they didn't bother to say that but I knew they had not gotten authorization). That's all on top of general mismanagement of appt scheduling. 1 to 2 hour waits for a scheduled appointment are common. Will never use them again.
