I then learned a few seconds later that I was actually speaking to someone in the Neptune office because the phone calls were being redirected to there (now it made sense).

Her office is usually full which I recommend to be a patient person because everyone gets the same great exam as you will. Currently she is not accepting new patients which I suspect is because she does not wish to cut her time away from the patients she already has. Her Staff is cordial and always knows who I am and very efficient. For new patients there is a NP that I have not met but if she works with Dr. Sahay you know she is a caring person with great skill.

Unlike her predecessor, she took the time to know me and the status of my current physical condition. She referred me to a surgeon who performed a procedure that had a positive life-altering impact on me. Be prepared to wait because she spends time with her patients...which is a good thing and rare these days. You don't get treated like cattle there. It is a low-budget operation though. Frequently the computers are running slow, but the exam rooms are kept neat and clean. I only have two complaints: 1. It's too hot in the waiting room 2. Some of the other patients arrive with very bad body odor and/or reeking of smoke Don't come here looking for pain pill prescriptions. They won't put up with your shit! They no longer take NEW NJ Family Care patients.

This place is really awesome! I got my endoscopy here and the personnel in the back(doctors,…read morenurses, etc) were amazing! I have very bad anxiety when it comes to needles and they really took care of me. A nurse gave me oxygen to make sure that I don't feel the needle she was going to give me while another nurse rubbed my legs and talked me through it. They turned the lights off for me so I could rest a bit, offered me a warm blanket, made jokes, and we're all around amazing and very accommodating! I have been to places where nurses walked out on me, security was called in some, the entire staff with the exception of the front desk would come into the room, etc. This place knew just what to do and didn't make me feel stupid about me being a grown man with an awkward phobia! Thank you! The staff in the front/waiting room were not friendly at all though and one of them were actually rude. The staff(doctors, nurses, etc) in the back where all work is done entirely make up for that though!

I thought my appointment was 10am I was on time. They said no you were 930 and took the 1030 appt. I never received a confirmation call. I am on the verge of switching doctors which is sad because I like the practice.
