Consistently over the past months, before and since my heart surgery it has been like this. I have actually had to drive to their office to get information I needed, because YOU CAN NOT GET THEM ON THE PHONE. And even then they treat me like I am a burden. My Cardiac Therapist needed to contact them about my therapy... they tried via fax and phone and Shore Heart Group never once responded. Love my doctors, but Shore Heart Group has been the worst!

Evidently I have always had it, but previous Dr's just didn't bother considering it, Dr. Matt and the others figured it out and since 2018 I have had a pacemaker and defib to help keep me from suffering and living in fear, as I had been. We waited a half hour and then where told that the technician was not there. We rescheduled for 5:45 the same day. Obviously the scheduling system in that office is broken. Note that when we went back, the receptionist was very understanding and apologetic. Evidently they also had trouble with their computers. Not sure if this contributed to the lack of a tech at the time one was needed for the Echo at 1:00 PM, and it doesn't explain why we needed to wait a half hour before being told the tech wasn't available. I would have given feedback directly on their web site, but there is no ability to do this. That's another problem. How can you improve your service without knowing what your patients think about their experience?
