I've been going to therapy at the BB location for many sessions. I have found each of the…read moretherapists to be very well trained and caring in working with all levels of patients issues. From my own perspective, I have found that if I repeat the exercises that they prescribe when we are in a session, I get much more effective results long-term. All of the therapist are well trained, and interested in making the most impact for each and every patient who visit the site. I have worked with at least four of the therapist and each one is pleasant, caring, and quite knowledgeable on how to help each patient get the maximum value out of each session. There is no doubt that you need to repeat these exercises at home continuously in order to get the maximum benefit from the entire therapy session, I would recommend the Bebee therapy location in Millville has one of the top therapy places to go for injuries.

I have always received excellent care, defined as attentive, thorough, and never rushed. During COVID I had telehealth visits, which took care of my needs. The office has explained that under normal circumstances for seniors (which I am), the first visit of the year looks at blood test results. The second goes over Medicare requirements. Any other concerns throughout the year are easily addressed. I highly recommend this practice.

They rescheduled my surgery multiple times. I sent a message through their website. I told her I…read morestill wasn't 100% from that mysterious "flu" that had been going around, and that in the meantime, I had been notified that my dad had died, and that I'd call her when I was ready to reschedule. I got back in here just a bit ago and I had a voicemail message that it was the 'fourth time she had called and left a message'. No name. No company name. So I had no idea who was calling or for what. Called the number back and found out it was this place. Dr. Said's scheduler got on the line and told her about her message she left and that I didn't appreciate and did not care how many times she called (she should have taken the hint if nothing else) but that clearly she hadn't got my message that my dad had died and I'd call when I was ready. I went on to say that at this point, I felt harassed and to delete my number and never call me again. I hung up. The couple of times I saw Dr. Said, I never had an issue. His scheduler acts as though she gets a percentage of every surgery he does! If I keep getting rescheduled, clearly he has enough work to keep him busy, so why is she so pressed to get ME on the schedule when everyone else's surgery is a priority over mine? I'll never go there again and tell everyone with a pulse not to go there either if they get stuck with Dr. Said's scheduler.

It took me so time for me not to be worried about my parents well-being in their new surroundings. It soon was apparent that they were well taken care of, most of the time they were busy playing Bingo or listening to live music or just interacting with the staff and other residents. I love Brandywine Senior living the facility has put to rest any fear I had relative to my parent care. I can only say if you have a elderly relative who could use a Assisted Living facility, please check out Brandywine Senior living at Fenwick Island. Beautiful facility, beautiful people, wonderful environment. I give them 5 *****, more if I could.

She's treated wonderfully by everyone, especially her caregiver, Kison. Also, Chris, Bethany, and Jamie are employees in her unit and they are upbeat and cheerful. All of the employees seem to know all of the residents' names, and that's pretty impressive. I'm so happy to have found this great facility, and it's only two miles from where she lived before she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. There are so many activities scheduled, she is never bored. I did visit and research other places before deciding on Brandywine, and I'm very happy I made the choice I did. She is also happy there, and I love seeing her happy when I visit. Family activities are scheduled regularly, and the dining room facility is basically a restaurant with a menu...families are welcome to join residents for a meal, and we have done that often. Do yourself a favor and visit Brandywine if you have the need for assisted living.
