Rather than have both of us waste time, she recommended that I grow my brows out for a month or so before paying her a visit - how considerate! Eliza is an expert in her field and a quick Google search on her will validate this with the accolades she's received. Her prices are fair for the level of service you'll receive: she first studies your facial structure and brow shape then waxes, plucks and trims her way to perfection. This is followed by tips on how to maintain and extend the work she's just done - she won't just tell you to come back and see her in X weeks, since everyone's brows grow at different paces. I also value Eliza's flexibility with scheduling and how she's never pushy about future appointments - sometimes my brows seem to have grown out overnight and she will accommodate my "need to see you ASAP! I'm a MONSTER!!" pleas. Other times, she'll send me a casual text reminder and we'll work on a time that's convenient for both of us.
