The food was good but it is a little ghetto but also open late so ...pick your battles.

Food was impeccable but customer service is absolutely poor. No greeting upon walk-in , the girls at the front seem annoyed and uninterested that I even asked about showing my food to me before I pay (I came in on two different occasions). This review will probably change nothing but I still wanted to share. For the owner: The establishment, location, and food is more than great, but whoever you hire to be at the front, is the face of YOUR business, the moment any guest walks in. Please retrain your staff on customer service. read more

Open your store on time. People waiting outside is ridiculous! If you open at 1:30 on Sunday don't look out the door then go back to the back. 3 customers were waiting outside then it started to rain so we all left. read more

Service was horrible I called up there and the young lady had a nasty attitude. Once I arrived she was on the phone (FaceTime)with her friend while taking my order, talking to her friend about the place she works at calling customer b**% while I'm standing in front of her. She was Complaining about don't get mad at her because she's not the one cooking the food. She forgot to add my teriyaki sauce on the sound and when I brought that to her attention she said " you did ask for it over the phone but I didn't charge you for it, I hate when yall do that" she hates that she forgot a part of my order. She had brown hair, wears glasses and a tattoo on the right side of her neck. Just absolutely no professionalism what so ever. She even slammed a customer's tray close once she showed him his order. That is just sad read more

I came here while visiting Emory hospital. I got some boneless wings with fried rice. The food was flavorful and it was made fresh to order! Everything was hot. I feel like the pricing is reasonable as well. read more

I was at your establishment 8/14/25 11:49:45. Customer service was very rude. I asked to explain charges and was cursed by 1 of the cashiers (not the 1 that took my order). Her exact words to me what the fuck I explained it to you, shut the fuck up and stop talking to me. You got your food get the fuck out my store. I asked for a manager and was told no manager was working, wich I find hard to believe. read more

The food is always good. The customer service just sucks for real. This isn't the first incident but this is the first review ima make. I went inside to pay for my call-in order from 30 minutes ago, there were two young ladies there. The one young girl behind the counter that took my order was wearing glasses, and she told me 5 minutes, I said okay. I came back in about 15 minutes later and as I walk up to the counter, the original cashier was busy with another customer, so I went up to her co-worker, who was sitting down, to ask if my order was ready. I kid you not, as soon as I stepped in front of her, she sped walked outside where a bunch of young men were standing around just hanging out, then came back in after a few seconds. So, I had to wait until the other girl was done. I showed her my ticket and she proceeded to say my order wasn't ready, when I asked how long, she said "I don't know" so I asked if she can check for me. She went to check with a slight attitude, until she realized my food was already ready, waiting to be bagged. I'm glad I asked. read more

The service was horrible all the young females did was stay on their phones and getting rude to customers. Tried to give me food I was allergic too and got an attitude when I advised the food was wrong. Then got disrespectful to my mother and tried to speak with the manager and said no manager was in the building. They need to hire people with proper customer service skills and professional. I am will be reporting to the BBB and health department trust me. read more

Called in my order for a 20 piece asked how long it would take and the girl on the phone said 20 mins. I was across the street at another store and came right over paid and stepped aside. Folks came in one after another placed they order got their food and left. I noticed it been almost a hour so I went to the register asked the girl what was going on and how much longer it should take. This little dusty child with the black star patches on her face and dirty wig started getting rude and loud and then continued to run her mouth even after I stepped back to the side and waited some more. She kept making unnecessary comments while I was on the phone with my husband continuing to be patient and not snatch tf out her. Literally terrible customer service for no reason because not once was I loud or rude. Stop hiring unprofessional and ghetto children to run your business. read more

First time at this place and it will not be the last. The young lady at the register was more focused on her cellphone but she still managed to take my order and answer my questions. Wings were prepared exactly the way I wanted. Philly cheesesteak had plenty of meat but they could put more cheese on it. Chicken fried rice was plentiful and delicious. There was so much food that I had enough for leftovers today(eating it as I type this review). I would recommend read more

Good fresh food. The evening staff could show better customer service skills but the food keeps me coming back.

Good but wings was to small, if the wings was a bigger size this will be a good wing spot

let me start off by saying the food is good, but the customer service is absolutely horrible.. When you walk in the extremely young looking girl is play with and popping off her fake nails. But the worst part is , she did not say hello, can I help you or what do u want.. And the kicker was when I called from home, the phone was out of order , so I drove there and they said yeah I know the phone is off.. Horrible customer service! But the wings is poppin' read more

Wow so I ordered over the phone for a 30 piece wings tonight and paid for a 30 piece to only get a 20 piece wtf?! Then NASSIR the owner had the nerves to hang up on me while having a conversation about my refund. My question is why is there not a manager or supervisor on duty? Why do I HAVE TO count how many wings they give me?! You advertised 30 wings for $21.95 and 30 is what I shall get regardless I count it or not! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE JOB but shout out to the cashier Oniyah for doing what she can read more

Excellent wings! Fresh, crispy and seasoned to perfection! I ordered the #1 combo: 10 wings (lemon pepper), fries, ranch dressing and lemonade. Horrible service! I ordered tilapia and they proceeded to fry it without asking me, when I received the fried food I explained to them that due to my healthy lifestyle I do not consume fried foods. The Asian lady at the front desk proceeded to yell at me, told me everyone else gets it fried and that I was wasting her food, then told me to get out of her store. It was a horrible terrifying experience! No one deserves to be treated how I was treated at this store. Please don't give your money to nasty people like the ones who own this store. read more

The grilled lemon pepper tilapia , and rice was ok. The hush puppies were good and had an extra ordinary taste to them. The thing that stood out the most is the fact they aren't use to customers ordering anything except fried food . Therefore the wait for grilled fish was over 30 minutes. read more

Worst place in the world. They should receive the worldest smallest wings and the wackiest customer. My co worker and I order lemon pepper wings. When she went to pick it up and bring it back to the Office I was in shock to see how small they were. I called the restaurant to speak with someone and the receptionist asked her manager if she could give me a few more wings for the inconvenience. Also, she said our wings are smalls and I said if I was told that I would have order any. She asked the manager and he refused too and plus he stated that its a manufacturing problem.
