Service was horrible I called up there and the young lady had a nasty attitude. Once I arrived she was on the phone (FaceTime)with her friend while taking my order, talking to her friend about the place she works at calling customer b**% while I'm standing in front of her. No greeting upon walk-in , the girls at the front seem annoyed and uninterested that I even asked about showing my food to me before I pay (I came in on two different occasions). The food is always good. The customer service just sucks for real. This isn't the first incident but this is the first review ima make. I went inside to pay for my call-in order from 30 minutes ago, there were two young ladies there. The one young girl behind the counter that took my order was wearing glasses, and she told me 5 minutes, I said okay. I came back in about 15 minutes later and as I walk up to the counter, the original cashier was busy with another customer, so I went up to her co-worker, who was sitting down, to ask if my order was ready. I kid you not, as soon as I stepped in front of her, she sped walked outside where a bunch of young men were standing around just hanging out, then came back in after a few seconds. So, I had to wait until the other girl was done. I showed her my ticket and she proceeded to say my order wasn't ready, when I asked how long, she said "I don't know" so I asked if she can check for me. I noticed it been almost a hour so I went to the register asked the girl what was going on and how much longer it should take. This little dusty child with the black star patches on her face and dirty wig started getting rude and loud and then continued to run her mouth even after I stepped back to the side and waited some more.
