From our very first meeting with Ali - the company owner, we knew this was the company we wanted for our project. First of all, within 15 minutes of my initial call requesting an appointment I received a call from Ashley, the office manager. Within the next 24 hours their representative showed up to discuss our project and to give us an estimate. At the beginning of the meeting we had no idea we were talking to the owner. To then discover that we were getting the personal attention of the owner was very reassuring to us. We appreciated that he was very patient with us - taking the time to answer ALL of our "dumb" questions and explaining their install methods and the products they would be installing. Not only did Ali tell us about the features of the main components but he also took the time to explain their benefits to us and how, by installing only the latest water conserving technologies, we could expect to save upwards of 25% - 60% on our water bill. We had our written formal estimate within an hour of our meeting! Everything we had discussed was clearly documented. Then, to my surprise, and much appreciation, Ali called and said that he was sending his drainage manager to meet with us to review the drainage portion of our project and to make sure our issues would be resolved. The next day we met with Ian (and learned he has almost three decades of in field experience in drainage and irrigation) and he spent a good amount of time with us reviewing every issue we were having and how to best address them. After this second meeting we knew for sure that this is the only company we would use! And, did I mention that, unlike at least one of their competitors, our two meetings and our Conserva Irrigation estimate were FREE! Ali and his team demonstrated to us from early on that we were important to them and that they truly wanted to earn our business. After we signed our agreement, we were so happy when they scheduled our installation to happen within ten days. So, on Friday, June 9th, not only did a crew of four workers show up - led by a very professional, friendly foreman, Jose, but Ali and Ian both showed up to walk the entire project with his crew and to address any last minute concerns that we might have had. WOW! We were so impressed with the crew! They worked tirelessly for almost ten straight hours and completed our entire project! They took extreme care of our property and by the time they were finished we could, in 99 per cent of the areas, not even tell they had just completed major work. They even did a thorough clean up of our driveway and walk way to our front door. Upon completion, Jose walked our entire property with us, explaining what they did in each section for both irrigation and drainage. He then spent a good hour helping me program the Hunter Pro controller, set up the HydraWise app on my iPad and running each zone to ensure I have head-to-head water coverage (as they refer to it) over my entire property. Over the years, my wife and I have had many projects done to our various homes, and we both agree that our experience with every person at Conserva Irrigation of North Atlanta, as well as how they completed our project, treated our home and property and the respect that even the laborers showed us, makes this company the absolute #1 company we have ever used for any home project we have had done to any of our homes. Their response and scheduling time fluctuates and they are a small team working across the metro. Took me about 3 days for them to get back to me with intermittent messages and text but it worked out.

The weeds in the yard and beds got out of control and although they would bill my credit card for extra treatments, the weeds continued. The gal in the office never apologized but always said they'd take care of it and blamed this past year on Covid. Plenty of pictures were emailed to them so they could see how bad things had become. The mowers always knocked off my gutter extensions and I would have to reconnect them every week. Our back yard probably isn't salvageable so we'll have to replant sod, etc. They even blew off packages from our front porch than landed in the shrubbery. That was the last straw. The invoice sent was for 100% of the job. I payed it all and crossed my fingers. They called to have my utilities marked and by the end of the week the tree was down and hauled away. They didn't leave a mark in the yard. It was amazing! However, I had to wait 3 weeks more before the stump was removed. The stump grinder left a bit of a mess, but I filled the hole back in myself. It seemed to me that this could have been done quicker but they did do a great job. If the project were done in 2 weeks I would have given 5 stars.
