They towed it charged me for a new battery which I already just bought some labor and whatnot I'm $180 I pay that 3 months later after many different and diagnosis I finally told him I wanted the car back they weren't working on it it was just sitting there and I need my car. After 3 months no work had been done to the car at all but he told me to fix things they did not they left my keys in the car hood unlatched for anybody and everybody to do whatever to and no regard for my property. I received the car back after locking it and taking my keys they unlocked it somehow and told it back here without my permission and the car was received and worse shape and I gave it to them in and in more pieces we left the intake off in several pieces just in the trunk just didn't care so it's been a long haul I would not advise anyone to go there in my opinion they are trying to take advantage of people that may or may not know what they actually need what work may or may not have been done. I was I too taking advantage of and left in the dark about my own vehicle for 3 months. I don't know what mechanic in the world keeps your car for 3 months and doesn't even fix anything repeatedly I'd gone into the shop repeatedly asking what was going on nobody ever knew and lots of lies and manipulation save yourself some trouble and don't go there. As far as value I think that they should pay me for having my car for so long and tearing it up

We were traveling in August--during a heat wave--to Cincinnati when our RV broke down, overheated,…read moredead on the side of the road. Got a tow to Hillsboro, nearest town, only to find that the RV place didn't work on engines, and the big Chevy place didn't want to work on RV's. Our tow guy, Bryan, at T&G Towing--new BFF--called Auto Tech, a few miles away. They squeezed us in, literally, made the diagnosis--alternator/AC compressor/belt--put other work aside, scrambled for parts, didn't mind working half in, half out of the service bay, and got us out of there in under four hours. And charged a very reasonable price! Did all that we needed done, professionally and competently, nice waiting area, friendly--really saved our butts. Had no troubles for the rest of our 7000 mile trip. They were awesome! Thanks, guys!

I had tires installed on my car. When I picked it up I was told that I needed $479.90 more work…read morethat needed done to make the driving right. After that work was done and paid for I was told I had a warped rotor which was going to cost $280.00 more. The sales persons was Tyler Kuhbander and Bryce Posey. I asked if they could make it right and they said that was the best they could do. I am NOT happy and don't recommend them in at all.
