Evidentially I must have been interrupting the receptionist because she was extremely rude. I explained the situation and all she said was "you are not in our system and the Dr is in surgery all day" Well thats all fine and good, but I made the appointment online and that was the time it offered me... She had nothing to say so we hung up and I will go with another clinic. I am sure the doctors are great, but maybe they should have a little talk with the person who answers the phones...

Never asked any further questions and advised my orthotics would be ready in 4 weeks. When they came in they were just flimsy foam pads like I had bought at Target. That time, I did not see Dr. Amiot but an assistant. The orthodics were too big for my shoes and so the assistant cut them down with a scissors to fit. They do nothing for my problem. I was told to come back in a month. I found Dr. Amiot very aloof and unfriendly, as was the girl at the desk. I would never go back to that office nor to Dr. Amiot.

I live in Walworth County, Wi; where they came up with San Francisco is beyond me…read more This is a fabulous clinic. I have had multiple experiences there for amateur athletic injuries. Their urgent care is first rate and so quick, you can call to get a suggested time. Over the years I have had courses of evaluation and physical therapy for torn rotator cuff, tennis elbow, piraformis syndrome, and currently for ACL rupture. At age 65 I just ruptured my ACL 1/15/18, was seen 1/16, had MRI 1/17, had first physical therapy 1/19, surgical eval 1/ 23 at the Sports Med. Center ,and surgery 1/26/18. My first follow up is tomorrow. You can't beat that.

After examination and x rays I was told I had a broken fibula and multiple bone contusions. I was…read morein EXCRUCIATING pain- I was told to put ice on my leg. Tylenol "if needed" ... What?? I went home .. The pain continued to get worse - now it is really raising my blood pressure. Emailed my sports medicine doctor - who is affiliated with this clinic ..to tell her about the pain and was told she would evaluate me in TWO weeks! Yes! You read that right! I will have to wait for two weeks to be evaluated. If you have broken bones - and are in pain - go elsewhere for REAL medical attention. Never again! Worst possible care. They (this is systemic within many Froedtert clinics ) treat everyone like we are all drug addicts. Apparently they don't understand that not giving pain medication when it is truly needed and appropriate ...is as bad as over prescribing or prescribing medication when it isn't needed. No common sense! How can you possibly trust a doctor with no common sense? You CAN'T! Unethical and unprofessional. Heartless.
