The entire staff is just amazing and my child has made so much progress since coming here. The owner is very involved and often seen around the building, providing therapy as well as answering questions for parents. I don't want to move out of Greenville just because this place exists.

He has improved much and his therapist has done a great job working with him. He can nearly sit up on his own at this point. Unfortunately, parking is very limited in the lot (I usually get there early to snag a spot). The facility itself hosts a number of different medical businesses, but I believe Kidnetics takes up the largest portion. It is definitely kid-friendly with wooden toy cars kids can sit in, a train with boxed seating, a much smaller train that runs throughout the building way above ground, an airplane and a bunch of ceiling clouds. Check-in is super-easy and painless and the wait is never long (at least not with 8 am appointments). I'm thoroughly satisfied with the services received. The only thing I do not think anyone could be happy about is the ever increasing bill and rates for the therapy services.

Came to visit my step brother who is a resident of Manna Acute Care Facility. I am from out of town…read moreso my review is of my experience for two days of visits. The building is a bit older but is kept up fairly well. The smells of a care home are present but not as strong as some other care facilities that I have been to due to the staff always cleaning. The staff are wonderful and friendly and seem to take great care of their residents. Two people particularly stood out from my visit, Candice who was very friendly and was the one of the primary nurses assigned to my step brother's area. He required a lot of attention and Candice was always very polite and patient and assisted my stepbrother as best as she could. We also met Cam who was also very friendly and seems to genuinely care for the residents. He always had a smile on his face and would give a smile to residents as he passed by them. He told me he loved his job and that he genuinely cared for the residents. It showed watching him work for 2 days during my visits. I rarely post reviews but because I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome this place was, I thought I would write a review to let people know of my awesome experience at Manna Acute Care in Pickens, SC.

She was severely dehydrated and she told us she asked for water all day yesterday and you failed to bring it to her..She said the care there was awful and everytime we went and spoke to anyone about it we were told it got handled or they don't know what we were talking about-- so she is back in the hospital today.....now let's talk about the facility it smells like the back end of a horse...people in wheel chairs rolling around with their pee bags so full it's spilling on the floor. It's AWFUL. When I say I wouldn't let my dog stay here- I wouldn't. I seriously wouldn't even store barn animals here. I mean just walk in the front doors of this place it's like an adult playground. You have to literally go around a maze of elderly people in wheelchairs chairs to get through the front desk and door and don't forget hold your nose or you'll pass out from the strong smell of piss as you pass through the hallway to make your way to the back to see your family who is in rehab who is clearly not even in rehab they just sit back there in bed...Take your review for yourself once you walk in I mean I literally don't even have to say anything. Oh and by the way they sent us home with someone else's paper work. So that's a HIPAA VIOLATION. They called us wanting us to bring it back up there and so that means we went home with ZERO paperwork for our patient. THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! I cannot believe we had her there. I honestly will never forgive myself for having her here and I don't know how any of those people that work there even sleep at night. Don't even bother leaving a phone number or commenting back below your sorry or thanking me for my review because you weren't worried about when we were there. My husband had to go for physical therapy for a knee injury before insurance would cover the…read moresurgery the doctor said he needed even though it wouldn't help for this particular condition. The therapy was painful and made the pain worse. The Dr. said he should discontinue the therapy if it was painful. He went for 4 sessions and let them know that he could not continue as it was making the pain worse. They charged him for the rest of the set of 10 therapy sessions even though he did not go there for the rest of the therapy, so he had to pay 100% of the charges out of pocket for 6 sessions he didn't even have, totaling around 1000 dollars. They are cheats and thieves. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that is reputable. Is this even allowed? How can they say you have to pay for 10 therapy sessions when you only went to 4. I've never heard of anything so dishonest. We are older people and can't afford to pay money like that. Anybody else have an experience like this?
