Dr. Naiman is a great doctor. He's been my son's orthopedic doctors for 1 years now for…read moresports-related injuries. He is thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Naiman focuses on ensuring my son has a safe transition back to sports. He encourages resting the injury a bit longer before throwing your kid back into the sport. He has a good connection with my 12 y/o kid and is interested in more than his sports (they often talk about books they're reading and my son's progress in honors classes). Overall, my son was able to achieve state and national rankings in wrestling and track & field thanks to the healing advice and expertise of Dr. Naiman. The front desk lady knows how to handle insurance claims, referrals, medical records, scheduling etc. She is very independent and knowledgeable. She also ensures that patients all have masks to help decrease the spread of viruses. I would give them a 4/5 stars instead of 5 stars mostly related to the office building and office staff. The office building is not updated. It's clean but doesn't have an aesthetic appeal. They have blank white walls, boring/older gray carpet, and functional yet boring/uncoordinated furniture. The lady at the front desk is knowledgeable but always multitasking. She is very direct and efficient but I think the lack of assistance decreases her ability to be more friendly. She's not rude at all, just focused on completing her tasks. The clinical person that usually takes us back to the room usually greets us and ensures we turn our phone off but we don't get that warm and bubbly feeling from her either. Again, they are not rude at all and they do great at their job but I would like to see some more bubbliness (not a word) in the office especially because the office aesthetic is kind of blah. I will say that they use to have a super friendly and funny guy that assisted the lady at the front desk. He was so fun and always made my kid laugh. I haven't seen him (he could have been off on the days we visited or he may have a new job) but I do miss that ounce of fun. It's important to have some uplifting energy in the office, especially if people are there for injuries/pain. These cons are not deal breakers but it does bring down the rating one star. Overall, I do enjoy coming here but hopefully my son stops injuring himself so we don't need to come here as often lol.

The staff and doctors are very disrespectful and are only worried about that insurance money and…read moreyelling about haven your phone out because you set in the waiting room for hours
