It's open 24 hours but you have to scan your key card to get in the building so I feel safe knowing that not just anyone can walk in. The staff is friendly without being weird and the members actually put their weights back in the proper place so you aren't having to remove 600 lbs of plates before you even start your workout. I noticed that this location was staffed by incredibly unprofessional folks from the minute I walked in but hoped it would not be an issue. It was not until today. I had just finished working out and went to the mens locker room to use the bathroom. There was a sign out front of the locker room saying there was a team member inside. When I walked in there was a young lady standing there on her phone by the sink area. I walked around the corner where I was not in her sight to use the urinal when she began yelling at me and berating me for attempting to use the restroom while she was in the locker room. I apologized and said I assumed she would walk out when I and another member walked in to use the restroom. She did not and continued berating me in front of the other young man. Her name is Chloe and evidently she is the assistant manager. When I went to the front desk to complain to her manager, Jen, she treated me with absolute indifference and immediately defended her employee. I asked "Is this how you treat your members based on a simple misunderstanding?" To which she just stood there silently. I informed her and Chloe, that part of their job is customer service and asked why she didnt just walk out of the bathroom when she saw more than guy walk in to use it?? Why berate me so loudly and yell at me like I was a child. I am twice this teenage girl's age and was completely disrespected. I will never return to this location and am canceling my membership immediately.

The staff is excellent and the people are all so friendly. I've never had an issue with anything here and the staff even let me workout 3 times before I moved here for free just to make sure I liked it. There is a food cooler to purchase healthy meals and snacks from. However, you might need to take a machine wipe to the tables because they're sometimes dirty. Parking is plenty, and the locker rooms are always clean enough. The water fountains are not very good and they sometimes are cold and sometimes room temp. Bring your own water to avoid this. Lots of activities and amenities included. I suggest trying a day for free and experiencing it yourself!
