Whenever I need menus for my events printed, I can usually come in with the file on a USB drive and they'll pop it in, print it on heavier stock paper, and get it cut within 5-10 minutes. This is even faster than the turnaround online, which I have also used, and is just as easy and reliable. I've also had some Canva projects get printed here, same deal, no issues. The last few times I have to say, the service has been even friendlier than before. In the past, I had no issues, but the person working was just more into getting their work done than being friendly. This is totally OK by me, ultimately, it's the work that is important... just a bonus that lately it has also been friendly. I most often use a local place called The Printery, but on rush projects, this is my spot and i'll continue to use it.

She let me know how I could be served even faster in the future through their website, and could avoid a couple of the fees on the receipt through that avenue as well. Regardless, she was friendly as we waited on prints and not only kept on task with what she was doing for me, but assisted other customers instead of waiting by the printer. She's a diligent employee, and an asset to this location. I'll continue to return here for printing projects. Thank you to Brie and the team at this location near Four Seasons.

My needs at this store have ranged from simple Amazon returns with a QR code that take about 10 seconds, all the way up to larger print jobs on heavier weight glossy paper, as well as shipping items around to various places. I've not been charged a computer fee, as things seem to work quite nicely if you just load the file you need printed onto a USB stick and hand it to them, and tell them what you need done. On top of that, the store has never been less than clean, even during the busy holiday season. I also like that my prints come in a nice envelope that I can re-use and often do. The printing charges are reasonable at least for the frequency in which I need them. I'll continue to use this very convenient UPS location!

As a designer, with some clients, I coordinate many projects within the renovations. Because the mason and landscaper were trying to coordinate around the sign being installed, I had to reach out to these folks to inquire about lead time, day of install, etc. I was put in touch with the owner whom was handling the job. She stated that she and her husband owned the business and for the first 3 minutes, seemed nice. For whatever reason, she quickly became annoyed.......and extremely rude, stating she had no idea why she was being bothered having to speak with me. I attempted to explain to her that I was the designer, the client was out of town, I did numerous commercial jobs and simply was trying to coordinate efforts with all sub contractors. The more we talked the ruder she became and even said "I didn't engage in this job with you" followed by telling me "I'm extremely busy, what is it you want?" After multiple attempts of explaining to her my involvement and that I work with many commercial companies, she had the audacity to say to me "I don't think we're the sign company for you!" I quickly told her that I agreed and would have the client and his secretary reach out to her from that point further. Rude, obnoxious, condescending, arrogant are just a few of the words I would use to describe this woman. I don't care if they were the only sign company left on earth, I would not use them nor recommend them to anyone. This woman might be the owner but her interaction with me told me that anyone using them would be subjected to her pathetic behavior! The sign ended up looking nice and the quality good but why would anyone want to have to deal with an arrogant person like this? I've since told two commercial clients, needing signage, about my experience and steered them away from the possibility of experiencing what I did. People buy from people.......not arrogant condescending business owners whom talk to people like this. Do not use these people. You run the risk of dealing with her. It's not worth it!
