Whenever I need menus for my events printed, I can usually come in with the file on a USB drive and they'll pop it in, print it on heavier stock paper, and get it cut within 5-10 minutes. This is even faster than the turnaround online, which I have also used, and is just as easy and reliable. I've also had some Canva projects get printed here, same deal, no issues. The last few times I have to say, the service has been even friendlier than before. In the past, I had no issues, but the person working was just more into getting their work done than being friendly. This is totally OK by me, ultimately, it's the work that is important... just a bonus that lately it has also been friendly. I most often use a local place called The Printery, but on rush projects, this is my spot and i'll continue to use it.

Parking can get a bit hairy at times but I'm normally always in and out so I can just pull in front of the store for a quick drop off. I love that their self kiosk is always working so if you're doing Amazon returns or just dropping off pre labeled packages, you can skip the line and move on with your day. Each time I come in, the employees are kind and greet me when I walk in. They help me choose which shipping options are best for me, they are clear on pricing and walked me through how to track my package with the code on the receipt. I believe they are taking Covid-19 precautions seriously as the staff I've seen are always wearing masks, they have hand sanitizer on the counter for customers' use, and ask everyone to stand at least 6 feet a part. Not that the social distancing thing needs to be enforced too heavily there- there's generally only one person in at at time besides the employees. This FedEx Office is in a convenient location being in the Palladium and has plenty of parking out front. Still scratching my head trying to figure out why the rating is so low!
