Whenever I need menus for my events printed, I can usually come in with the file on a USB drive and they'll pop it in, print it on heavier stock paper, and get it cut within 5-10 minutes. This is even faster than the turnaround online, which I have also used, and is just as easy and reliable. I've also had some Canva projects get printed here, same deal, no issues. The last few times I have to say, the service has been even friendlier than before. In the past, I had no issues, but the person working was just more into getting their work done than being friendly. This is totally OK by me, ultimately, it's the work that is important... just a bonus that lately it has also been friendly. I most often use a local place called The Printery, but on rush projects, this is my spot and i'll continue to use it.

The man told me he would be with me soon and proceeded to take care of all 5 people that were behind me in the other line before calling for someone. No one came so 20 minutes later he finally checks me out. The exit is barricaded because of high theft but they didn't seem to keep disabled patrons in mind. We have to walk or ride all the way around to a small turn to walk thru a small line to exit. Great perhaps for loss prevention but a nightmare for disabled patrons. This is the second location I've had this issue with the Amazon returns being marked in the incorrect spot and then having to walk around the displays to leave. They need to do better. Either stop taking amazon returns or don't put us at the bottom of the priority list to service. It shouldn't take a half hour to return one small item. I did speak to a supervisor and he told me that the barricade was because of 170K of theft annually and they were told that Amazon is the least priority customer. I appreciate his honesty but that really stinks to know your business isn't appreciated. Who's to say I didn't have a return and want to purchase something. I would have to go to two lines to accomplish that. Does that make any sense?

Parking can get a bit hairy at times but I'm normally always in and out so I can just pull in front of the store for a quick drop off. I love that their self kiosk is always working so if you're doing Amazon returns or just dropping off pre labeled packages, you can skip the line and move on with your day. Each time I come in, the employees are kind and greet me when I walk in. They help me choose which shipping options are best for me, they are clear on pricing and walked me through how to track my package with the code on the receipt. I believe they are taking Covid-19 precautions seriously as the staff I've seen are always wearing masks, they have hand sanitizer on the counter for customers' use, and ask everyone to stand at least 6 feet a part. Not that the social distancing thing needs to be enforced too heavily there- there's generally only one person in at at time besides the employees. This FedEx Office is in a convenient location being in the Palladium and has plenty of parking out front. Still scratching my head trying to figure out why the rating is so low! Maybe it's just the Covid times.. or the fact that this location only has 3 reviews.

Do not take your vehicle here! They wrap they did was designed great, but the install looked like…read morea 8 year old kid did it. The wrap had seams coming apart, and places where they patched the vinyl due to it shrinking. They also destroyed my window moldings with razor cuts, and broke my rear windshield wiper cap. Funny part is they tried to fix the destroyed cap with painters tape to hide it from me. I took the vehicle back after a week to get the wrap fixed while away for a week, when I expect to pick the vehicle up they had not even started on it! Can you believe that customer service? Then I tell them to just pull everything off and refund me the money. So they call me and tell me the paint is coming off the vehicle. I go to witness a gentleman pulling the vinyl lettering off with an razor knife to get under the corner in temperatures that were well below what is recommended to pull off any vinyls off of paint. They proceeded to say the vehicle had been repainted was due to this happening. During the whole sales process or design process, or wanting to get started on my vehicle did anyone mention any of this could happen, NO! So they proceed to tell me they will file a complaint with 3M, the manufacturer of the vinyl. Well 3 MONTHS LATER! after threatening them with legal action they come back and say that 3m credited them a roll of vinyl and some new samples of film which totals half of the damages done to my vehicle. So to get a poorly installed wrap, them not to fix it, and my paint pulled off my vehicle it cost me 500-1000 dollars.. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! THEY ARE ROOKIES IN THE VINYL WRAPPING BUSINESS!
