My wife and I visited Athena, by recommendation. We went to her ~three times, then not again.
1) She tried telling us that the sinus cavities were way too microscopic for pathogens (virus and bacterium)to pass through from the nose, to create sinus infections.
2) Instead of educating her clientele about her treatment modality, she hands them a paperback book, and tells them to read. When asked a question she sniped at us, asking "Didn't you read the book?"
3) Athena tried to sell us 'special' salt from an ancient sea, that was very, very ancient. I could have bought the exact same salt (Label and all) from the grocery store for almost 1/2 the cost.
4) She tried convincing me that she went to the same homeopathic college as my acupuncturist, and even carpooled with him. My acupuncturist never heard of her.
Do not be fooled by this lady, find a chiro, or homeopath that would be more patient friendly, and honest. read more
