Watch your order carefully when you are being rung up. I was overcharged 130czk on one skein of…read moreyarn and they refused to fix the error. They also did not fix the sign. I selected yarn, Fortissima Color, that was clearly labeled at 251czk, but it rang up as 387czk. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the error until after I had paid. I was buying several items and didn't notice until I was leaving the store that my total was higher than it should have been. I immediately returned to the store to find out if I had misread the sign posted by the yarn I chose -- I had not misread the sign. The workers acknowledged that the price on the sign did not match the price in their computer, but they refused to refund me for the overcharge and they also refused to let me return the yarn -- even though I had paid less than 5 minutes prior and hadn't even left the mall yet. I was told I could come back on a Friday to speak with the person in charge, but unfortunately I had other plans that day. What is the point of posting prices if you aren't going to honor them? At the very least, they should have corrected the sign so that future customers were aware of the correct price.

The staff seemed incredibly knowledgeable and professional and although art store personnel can often be intimidating, everyone here seemed quite approachable and helpful. I worked with one young man in particular who I can't seem to remember the name of. (Which is such a shame because I'd love to thank him personally.) He was outstandingly energetic and enthusiastic about the art materials and I found him to be engaging and thoughtful. He had an amazing familiarity with everything in the store and knew exactly what I was looking for when I asked about materials unique to the area. His passion for the materials and authenticity in his recommendations created an inviting and truly pleasant experience. In fact, I had such a lovely experience that I signed up for Yelp just so I could write them a positive review!
