As with many of the restaurants we visited in France the food was very high in presentation and quality coupled with strong service by a capable staff. There was sufficient knowledge of English for all of us to communicate. As for the food, we enjoyed the light and tasty goat cheese Mousse although were a little confused about how to eat it (just spoon it in or spead on bread??). The entrees were a little less inspiring a salmon dish and a pork "chop" although you might call it more chunks of pork (no bone). We enjoyed the desserts as well.

The shop is set up well and the displays are well done. What stood out was the chocolate bar. The bar included samples of different chocolate samples to try from different chocolate producers around the world. You could try the samples and purchase items in the shop. Local and ,of, course, very French, for English speakers there is still enough to see for a short visit. Yes, the production of chocolate has an ugly history, but, I don't hold the abuse against the owner.
